doesnt work zero stars doesnt work

This app has a very crowded interface packed with features and no way to tell what they are or how to use it You can try going to tips under settings which will cause the occasional message to display instructing you to drag something onto the timeline what is the timeline but that doesnt bring up any documentation either For all I know this could be a great app but since I cant tell what it does or how to make it do whatever it is that it does I cant use it Please write a user guide Incomprehensible interface no documentation
