Updated 12 11 16 Metro this app is draining my positive opinion regarding the overall banking experience you offer As one of your customers that banks primarily through OLB I find it frustrating that this is the weakest link in the banks chain and it is quickly becoming a motivating factor to switch Banks I love Metro and have been with your bank for many years It takes forever for Metro to adopt newer technologies this is something I have grown use to deal with With that I was extremely excited that the Metro app now has Touch ID however after a short week I have experienced constant issues from not being identified needing to Reset my password to simply not being able to access the app Thank goodness for text banking however this is not the most seamless or dependable method to staying up to date with your finances Please patch this issue as I am trying to stay with Metro but other banks are starting to feel more dependable Metro CU this is quickly becoming PirplePashn

When you need it most it freezes on confirming your identity It will ask you endless security questions that you never set up And my wife cant even log into our acct and we are joint acct holders Why did you take away the old app that worked perfectly fine Terrible and very annoying
I had been successfully using this app for a while and recently I tried to launch it to deposit a check Then the app displayed the splash screen and exited I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didnt help Called metrocu for help and they couldnt offer any Crashing at startup
In addition to my account I have child custodial accounts and sometime I want to login to a different one to do mobile check deposit But I cant without first deleting and reinstalling the app and reauthenticating Also like other reviewer feedback I appreciate efforts to secure app but it is very cumbersome and updates to simplify the process would be appreciated Please provide support for multiple accounts

Improved update is needed especially for credit card transaction history Right now the app still shows no transaction history for credit card use but I have been using it Better update needed for credit card section

UPDATED 5515 After more than a month Metro has finally fixed its nonworking mobile banking app I held out with Metro CU due to the fact that outside of the App the banking experience is relatively good No big changes in the overall appearance of the application except that it finally WORKS The screen appears a little more compressed on the IP6P screen but not in a bad way All in all I am glad that this app is working again still sad that it took this long UPDATED 42115 It is now officially 2 weeks of not being able to sign in and over a month since the decline of anything that require you to log in to access your account It doesnt seem as though Metro has any intentions to update or fix the mobile app In addition the web version also provides its own unique issues I see many other credit union apps on the market with the same interface and the same low ratings Metro abandon ship as whomever they are seems to be rather incapable of producing a working application Review 413 This app is becoming more and more problematic This app now force closes each time you try and open You guys have revamped the website yet again and somehow it has created an even more problematic experience for us the account holders Metro CU you bombarded me with emails mail and text regarding this new and improved updateyet all this update has achieved is effectively breaking everything I will keep this to the app only The app works 15 of the time and never when you actually need it to Instead of bringing up a log in screen it bumps me to a screen that says sorry cant logincall I need to be able to access my account all the time not 15 of the time Logging in online is another headache and SMS never seems to work I hope Metro works out the kinks soon or I will be changing to another financial institution Finally a working update

The app experience is absolutely awful I cannot believe they call this an upgrade All sorts of login difficulties that often result in a message telling me I need to call customer service On the rare occasion that I am able to login the app is slow doesnt offer basic data like full account info when doing a transfer and is a generally poor UI My guess is they had the opportunity to get a cheaper option for the app and the website experience and took it This is frustrating enough Ill likely move my money elsewhere A big step backward

Yes the security questions are annoying but if you set it up once it usually remembers you However since the last update I havent been able to do any mobile deposits I take the picture of the check the same way but it always fails Now I have to take checks to a branch Fix the mobile deposit feature and Ill change my review to 4 stars Cannot do mobile deposits anymore

The plus side is that the camera recognizes checks for mobile deposit way better than it used to However this app instantly logs out every single time I navigate away from it which makes reconciling accounts with my ledger also on an app nearly impossible No more quick flipping back forth between the two to make sure all the transactions match Nice try but
