This game does nothing to mega man 2 which is whats great about it mega man 2 on the nes was amazing and seeing this game change nothing except for different modes other than normal and super hard mode is great granted the fact that its in an arcade cabinet is annoying at first but when you get used to it it just ads charm and cuteness in conclusion this game is AMAZiNG so I strongly recommend playing it in easy normal and hard                 THIS GAME

This hasnt been updated since iPhone 4 The poor aspect ratio makes the already cramped controls and screen feel even worse Its bad because of the port not the original game     Pretty bad for a port

Ive played this game in my childhood and it remebered the best moments that i lived at that time I LOVE THIS GAME                 One word CHILDHOOD

This game is the worst game I have ever played First the controls they dont work Whenever you are running and you are going to jump over a gap that is in the floor you press A and you know what Megaman does He doesnt jump and he falls down into the pit and its the same with the analog stick when you jump to grab onto a ladder he doesnt grab it Second this game has the worst enemy designs one enemy that is in almost every single level is a flying spinning washing machine with eyes Another is an orange gorilla that hands on the platform jumps in front of you when you get close and then it just stAnds there doing nothing Another is a giant frog that spits out 3 tiny frogs Really There are many more things that is wrong with this game but if I included them the list would be too long DONT BUY THIS GARBAGE GAME     DONT BUY THIS GARBAGE

This is fantastic in my opinion It should get five stars but the only flaw I see with this is that you cannot change the button sizes There is so much extra screen space on the sides and absolutely no option to adjust the size of the buttons I think every iOS game needs the ability to customize controls but this just seems even more strange here when there is so much excess screen the buttons are so small and Megaman is all about precision The fact that this game is so good just makes this small issue even more painful Please fix this           Great Port

I love this game but I would love to play in a full screen if possible Yet my question is where are the other 5 NES ports I would gladly pay for them all Other than that I see no issue great app nonetheless              Great but

its the same as the regular version but with some tweaks to make the frame rate is better and there is no crappy NES flicker the only thing bad is the controls but its touch screen so its not there fault but i love it                 this game is awesome

Ignore the complaints about the controls for this game If you loved the original Mega Man 2 for NES youre gonna love this app With enough time and practice anyone can master this game I was even able to beat it on hard mode This app is a great price has great replay value and brought back great memories                 The best 1 Ive spent in a long time

The game for me is on easy and fun and easy until heat man and air man so I spent my whole Saturday trying to beat these levels but lost because on heat man it is easy until the end of the level were the Vicks give you no time to jump and on air man when you jump spikes hit you off the platform and if you are able to do it then these enemys hit you off an okay spent money but waste of Saturday           Ok until

The game is as great as it was back in the 90s but 1 The stacking enemy doesnt fall apart when approached 2 The jump button sometimes gets stuck 3 The bird trick for boss intros doesnt work Plz fix           A masterpiece in need of an update

Being a huge Megaman fan with it having always been my favorite game series I had very high expectations for this as high as an app game port can be Its a pretty good port one of the best out there It is basically the same in every way as the original with some minor differences noted in most of the other reviews Really what would make this game a million times better which would allow me to give it 5 stars would be if there was an option to use blue tooth to connect a wiimote to it The touch screen controls are very difficult to use as they are for most games Since the buttons are not physical your fingers can easily drift away from them while youre paying attention to the game rather than where your fingers are located This is really my biggest problem with this game If that could be tweaked then this would be my favorite game app of all time It appears that the last update was in 2010 so its highly unlikely              Good but could be better

Ive seen people say the controls were clunky but I have an iPad 1 and I would say the opposite The controls are great I never had an nes but watched videos and this is a good port But heat man ARRRRRRRRG SO HARD              Good for iPad

One of my favorite games as a kid and this is a good port The controls are bad very bad The timing and precision that Mega Man games require with jumps makes this difficult to say the least           Love the game hate the controls

I am giving three stars for the faithfulness of the port and the quality of the underlying game However if you are on the fence about buying and have another way to play Megaman 2 then I cant recommend this version The screen is still sized for an iPhone 4 which is pretty lazy at this point in iphone development The failure to update screen size also has an adverse impact on gameplay because it means the digital controls are smaller and closer to the center of the screen than necessary If you are accustomed to playing games on an iPhone 5 sized screen or bigger you will periodically slide your fingers out to the edge of the screen and miss crucial button presses making the game difficult to play Ive put several hours into the game and still have this problem Failure to update iphone games is a problem many Japanese developers seem to have and it is a shame because this is an amazing opportunity to give new life to old classics           Good Game Terrible Controls Lazy Port

I was curious why people were so exited for Megaman to get into Smash so I checked this game out and some YouTube and I was immediately wowed by the gameplay I highly recommend it to those who havent played Megaman before                 Good for people who havent played before

For the price the game is great however the controls make the game super frustrating When playing the horizontal the jump button is almost never responsive and when playing vertical the analog stick is terrible        Terrible controls

For all of those Mega Man lovers out there this is a musthave app The only thing I really have to complain about is the controls there awful but everything else is perfect the soundtrack the classic feeling you get when playing it and just all out the greatest game of all time Now if only the controls worked properly              Spectacular Game 3

I grew up on Nintendo playing these types of games back when I was 67 Never actually played Megaman as a child but Im all about retro games The gameplay is fun and I can see why it was a hit back in the day Only negatives are the tiny screen and the controls Its really only annoying on the levels where you need to jump 20 times One time where you miss the button and youre dead when you would have easily done it on a regular controller Overall though criticizing controls is unfair because its impossible not to have touch screen controls Spacing the A and B buttons out horizontally like NES would be great along with full screen like Mega Man X The controls are way better on that port                 Solid Game

I feel like I wasted 99 cents to be honest Its probably a really cool game but he doesnt even jump high enough to get onto any other levels to shoot at the bad things like what the hell Kinda want my money back        Uhhh

Not sure if the controls are unresponsive or my thumbs are too large for the small buttons on an iphone but roughly 1 of every 810 jumps are not registered and I end up missing Not too bad for forgiving levels but this makes it nigh impossible to beat Heatman Airman and Dr Wily levels Managed to beat this port at roughly 4x my normal finish time due to these deaths On the other hand I have no problems when using this on iPad or using my NES emulator Its pretty sad when you cant customize your buttons see Sonic 12 GTA games One star for being my favorite megaman and another for being only 99 cents But really this feels like a cheap version especially with the ugly border        HORRIBLE Controls

So glad they made this for mobile I beat it a bunch of times and it got me back into the series Put this in my top 3 iphone games My 3 year old nephew has it on his iPad and LOVES it Good job capcom Its pretty close to the nes version but I think hard on classic is even still a little too easy for instance bosses are too easy to kill Also noticed some people got stuck on Wiley stage 1 ladder I did too but once you figure out the configuration it becomes easy                 What a game

Contols arent the best and game is a little easier than original but its alright and still works on the new phones even though it hasnt been updated and doesnt look very nice to the eye              Very fun

The control scheme on the game is horrible The jump and shoot buttons are way too close to each other that its it gets confused if you want to jump or shoot You will not even get half way in to any level with out going crazy This a major pass        Terrible Controls
