It doesnt have enough questions examples it also doesnt have a lot of information about Heflin insulin dosage and I wish it had more options I like it but
Ive been teaching both nursing students and pharmacy students for the past 16 years First let me say that NO single source is enough to get 99 of alliedhealthnursing students to fully grasp every concept of medmath But getiing many of my students to actually open a textbook is difficult Modern technology ie SmartPhones has taken over WAY too much in my opinion Many students dont know or remember how to solve basic math questions About 40 of my current students didnt know that 710 70 they answered 07 When COMBINED with a GOOD TEACHER this app puts many students in their comfort zone since they dont go anywhere without their darned phones This app is PERFECT when used as inclass review and reduces the numbers of worksheet handouts I give I LOVE the HINT option bc it SHOWS how the problems are solved Sorry dimensional analysis DA fansthis app rarely uses DA Thats fine wme bc I feel it confuses too many studentsOverall I URGE my students to download this app although they may NOT use it nor their cell phones during tests I give it an A 455 It needs an option to download additional questions Sorry for the long review OPINION OF MEDMATH INSTRUCTOR
I thought this would just help me learn nursing math but now I use the hints as references in clinicals Love the Hints
