Marvel AR

Now that Ive gotten caught up enough on my reading that the comics Im reading dont have the AR content in the archive I can only get the dumb app to work about 1 in 10 times Maybe better directions or some troubleshooting ideas     Nice idea but rarely works for me

Its nice when it functions but that is rarely most of the time it does nothing        Only works 1 in 10 times

I was excited to use this then I used it now Im depressed Ive looked and looked on how to use it properly Still doesnt work Geez     Great idea

Are use this app when it first came out it worked okay and I enjoyed it stopped using it for about a year or so and decided okay Ill give it another chance maybe they worked out all the bugs I guess I was wrong every time I use The app on my iPhone 6 Plus nothing happens very disappointed     Disappointed

Its awful     Never works takes up a crazy amount of space

Used the app on guardians of the Galaxy 20 Its terrible It was a dumb video of the scenes from the comic with a guy yelling in the background     Very let down

It doesnt work Yes Ive tried doing it from different angles Yes theyre current issues Yes Ive restarted my phone camera deleted and redownloaded the app contacted the developer and it still doesnt work It literally does nothing at all 0 out of 5 stars     It doesnt work

I have loved this app even though it has been buggy and prone to fits Some thing just will never load and the instruction are not very clear Sometimes cover activate content sometimes they dont which is fine but they all seem to have the AR symbol on them My major complaint is the archive now I like the concept and I get why you probably need it but it is un searchable on my phone Comics only a2 issues old dont appear towards the top only to crowns out by comics years old that are I can only assume new out in trades Again this would not be a problem if I could just do a quick search on a title and be done I searched for Axis and Amazing Spider man 2 huge titles right now and I cant seem to get anything Even if something should show up it seem to be invisible on my screen For such a big multimedia company you would think that your website would rock but it a quite the opposite I go everywhere except for Marvel Com for my marvel info because your site is so unuser friendly Way overly complicated to many pop up adds and I can never get to the info I want quickly or you dont even have the info I want Please get it together you must have a enough money to revamp this thing and help the fans out Start with making it more phone friendly and especially fix the AR archive        Archive is useless on a phone

I have never had the privilege of seeing this app in action I couldnt tell you what it does because I have never been able to get it to work ever not once I have held my iPhone and iPad up at every possible angle for ridiculous amounts of time and nothing Ive read about what is supposed to happen but I have never seen it This app is worthless I have a digital copy of Infinity that I cannot access because I cannot make this app work This is amateur hour for Marvel They should be ashamed at the quality of this app     Worst app I have ever used And thats saying a lot

From what I can tell after downloading the app doesnt work with the comics app that I use to read all my comics Marvel Unlimited I think itd be an awesome thing if i could use it Hopefully in an update Ill be able to do just that           Marvel Unlimited

Since Marvel AR first came out it seems to me that the app just got less and less reliable to the point where now I can never get it to activate any content at all It was fun while it lasted especially the little history lessons and plot summaries Now it is useless I have an iPad air and my kids use their iPad mini 2 Weve tried all different kinds of angles moving close and then away and we try to get the best lighting but it just does not work All we get for our efforts is disappointment     Useless

There needs to be a way to access archived content without going to Marvels website Its absolutely impossible to navigate and completely useless on my phone Until theres a way to access archived content directly through the app its useless unless youre reading one of the few issues currently available     Archived Content

I tried scanning the AR page on AXIS 1 and it didnt work     App does not work

I bought a load of older marvel comics recently and noticed that they had this feature I was so excited to try it out only to realize it only works for comics up to 3 weeks old Whats the point in having an app that only works for 3 weeks     Doesnt work whatsoever

Bought a comic and then I tried the app NOTHING Deleted Disappointed     Nothing

Used to work before iOS 7 Hasnt worked since Deleting off my phone Really disappointed It has a lot of potential If they could make it work     App no longer works

The fact that the content is only available for three weeks from the comics release date is a pain in the rear I have a backlog of comics and this limit is ridiculous There is no way to get the AR content of older issues since the Marvel AR sites archive hasnt been updated for several months     Completely Useless App

The app barely ever works so most of your attempts to use it will be a waste of time Eventually youll give up altogether frustrated because youll know youre missing out on content the author intended for you to see     Works about 10 of the time

Whats the point of this app if all content gets archived after a short period of time and then is not accessible This is very frustrating like many of Marvels apps     Cant Marvel get its apps work

The app has no instructions other than Hold up your device it doesnt seem to work with digital comics at all and you cant even scan content older than 3 weeks Whats the point Just put all of it on your website and save us the hassle of downloading an app that serves little to no purpose     Whats the point

Whats the point of this app if it only works for three weeks I bought all the issues of Original Sin as they came out so that I could enjoy them all at once and now that Ive decided to read them just two months later you block the DLC because I didnt play at launch Youre just as bad as EA Maybe if I could still do the camera thing on your website I wouldnt mind but Im not going to be cheated out of an app as well as having to awkwardly hold a comic book up to light while keeping my sweaty hand steady as I search for the perfect nonsense angle to activate a 34 second video clip Also its kind of dumb that you cant play music while the app is open at least wait until I load a video which I couldnt do And Apple why is this review writing font so huge Its a stark contrast from the small text everywhere else Do you think only old people write reviews or something You get 1 star too No but I totally remember doing the same thing waiting a few months with the first two arcs of Uncanny Avengers so why cant I now Youve disappointed me Marvel and I was all ready to enjoy an event too     Archived Content
