I am very disappointed for about 2 weeks it was working very well but after I bought some more lessons they just turn black when I click on them I wouldn t recommend this app because it obviously is happing to everyone else     Macy Christensen

I had bought a few of the packages but had to delete the app on my old phone to open some space when I went to download it again it said to restore packages and I did but now the screen on them is black and won t work How can I fix this I want to learn ASL and I really love this app but I can t use it         Not working NicoleM23

I have an issue with the screen turning black and after reading the comments I do t want to delete app and reinstall because people stated their purchases weren t restored I love it when it works because the video is clear and can go in slow motion I ve always been a fan of Marlee as an actress and her teaching ASL is awesome but I purchased all the lessons and don t want to chance losing them all by deleting and reinstalling it s not an issue of them never working it s that they stopped working so it was not a download issue I m losing my hearing and want to learn ASL as my granddaughter learned to sign before she could speak and I like teaching her new signs and look forward to teaching my other grandchildren Good luck trying to get tech or app support the site it takes you too is not helpful at all Very disappointing             Love app when it works Jellybeans512

I ve had this app for years I used it with my toddlers when they were infants and it worked great But it s not working anymore I only get A Z None of the FIVE lessons work Not you around you around town or baby sings What gives     What happened BrownSugarBritches

I love this app but after a while the screens were turning black and I could no longer access some packages so I decide to look at the comments and multiple people are having this problem too and then I saw that if you deleted the app and then restored your purchases it would fix the bug So I decided to try that and when I restored the purchases it said no purchases were found And I really loved learning this app but now I don t have access to all the purchases I had bought before Please help                 Great app but bugs Simer2

I m ten years old and definitely have a interest in signing This app is a great way for anyone to learn sign language and it provides for all ages too So far mine hasn t had a black screen but I also have a iOS Apple iPhone that might be a problem Otherwise this is a wonderful app I would like to make an update to my review I have had this app for about two years and I absolutely love it but when I got on they other day some of the screens were black and so far only my you lessons have been working so please if you can fix this problem I know I would greatly appreciate it Thank you                     Really great app Box o' wine

This app is AMAZING I absolutely love it I have learned SO much from this app It s incredible how much you can learn in each package and it s only 2 for each additional package which is a steal You can learn these on the internet like everything else but Marlee has been signing her entire life and knows what she is doing I suggest downloading the free package and if you like it additional packages are definitely worth it Wish there were more packages                     HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Tekawallawslla16

Ok there are enough reviews on here with the same issue yet no change I recently downloaded the app and also purchased a lesson that is now not working Please fix the issue asap I have to constantly delete then re download the app for my purchased lessons to work At this time I would not recommend anyone download this app     Wish I read the reviews first NikiWatson

I love this app it s easy to use and understand I was learning so much from Marlee until the packages that I purchased all turned into black screens There are other comments addressing the same issue and today I decided to just chance it i deleted the app and re downloaded it again Turns out you can restore your purchases and guess what It worked All the videos are back Yay                 Great app Problem with black screen fixed after re downloading the app Meraki🍩

Marlee is a great person from whom to learn ASL but this app is terrible since all the purchased additions I bought do not work nor can I restore these purchases Please fix this bug There are several other comments on the same issue I don t understand why the makers of this program are oblivious to these comments asking for a fix I am sure if Marlee knew that this app using her name and videos was broken that she would no longer allow her name to be used     I love Marlee but don t buy this app HCanderson69

I highly recommend not getting this app My daughter wanted to learn sign language so I gave her the approval and she got it The app slows your device down and resists of a black screen We tried to delete it and get it again but it stayed the same I encourage people who haven t got it yet not to get it and the people who have already gotten it should delete it before it creates a virus I hope you found this review useful     Do not get Tryiy
