For a sailor this app is great All the info you need at your fingertips I really care only about the forecast the tides a few buoys and sunset The favorites menu gives me quick access to all of that For 3 this app rocks

I work off shore Louisiana in a field where all transportation is done by boats This app comes in handy when planning my work schedules Lots of features that work well most of the time There are a few bugs that pop up now and again cause the app to crash but it gets better with every update Its definitely worth paying for in my opinion Works great for my needs
I enjoy the waters of the great lakes and wanted an app to tell me what the lakes would be up to daily as they change really fast from calm and skiable to down right scary faster than is safe The info wasnt enough nor accurate for what I needed I found a free app called surfing lakes that has everything this does plus wave size etc with great visuals and its free Leave it to the surfers to give it to you honest High hopes but
It simply takes too long to go into detail about what this app lacks in features and function I really feel like asking for my money back because I will never use it One of the Worst Options in this Category
Slow slow slow The version I paid for 6 months ago was better And if I click on a weather zone why must another window come up that says forecast Duhwhy else would I be clicking on it Please spend some time tweaking this app Cmon guys
Accuweather ruined this app like they ruined every other app they bought Besides the fact that the new graphics are hard to read the only thing that works is the useless minute cast that only comes up when you try to get a forecast No forecasts available on my iPad Works on my Droid phone Only have to contend with the useless minute cast and poor graphics there Accuweather please dont buy any more apps Used to be great

I think this apt is awesome It combines data from all the marineweather sites I use I can see how others might want it to expand on the NOAA or Rutgers data but I think that is asking too much for a 3 apt I also like the new simplified layout with less buttons and only allowing one data option to be mapped Before the map was getting too cluttered Keep up the good work Bluefin Great
Now all I get is Minute Forecast Cannot get forecast info even when the Forecast layer is selected I think Bluefin took the money and ran Was great until Accuweather bought it
Disappointed Unable to zoom in to see precise sea temperature lines therefore app is almost worthless to me Sea temperatures
I wanted buoy data primarily so I started out with the free version The app was smoother but often prompted for the upgradeWith the paid version I no longer get the upgrade messages but it operates slowly sticking as it transitions to layers or zoom and maps focus The options it provides beyond bouy data is helpful like pin pointing sunrise or tidal flow With some work I see this developing into a daily goto app Its a start

This app isnt worth the money Maybe it works great with wifi and a broadband connection but I dont sail around broadband wifi a lot Its useless on a cell data connection Maps take forever to load It doesnt remember favorite areas Clicking on a forecast zone takes forever but half the time the click doesnt register so you just stare at the screen Ive given up and just use my VHF WX channel This app isnt worth it Save money use your VHF

What happened I used this as my first resource for offshore weather forecast Now it doesnt even work and it seems accuweather could care less Used to be my goto app

App is substandard Paid the extra money for tidal currents with Woods Hole passage in mind Data was almost unusable with velocities at three depths Doesnt matter because you removed the station anyways One of the most critical passages on the East Coast and its not even covered Dont pay the extra for currents If you want to see how a tide app should run take a look at TideTool for Palm Dont buy
Free version was interesting but seemed pretty basic Upgraded to the Plus version Not worth it Difficult to see the difference between the 2 versions I tried to use it this morning on my boat in New England Slow to download screens Finally just went to the NOAA website outside of the app and got the information I needed This app needs work Not worth it yet Not Impressed Yet
