Having to manually connect the device to my phones Bluetooth each time I use them is very annoying It s a slow process that should not have been in the design in the first place All of my other Bluetooth service tools connect automatically when they are powered on If you walk out of range then you must go thru the connection process all over again My other complaint is that the PT charts are not kept up to date with new refrigerants Especially the R 22 replacements RS 44b aka R 453a is nowhere to be found in the list             Useful but slow to use Zeusizme

I find this tool useful only when the app stays up to date Have not been able to connect the ManTooth to any of our phones since the last iOS update             ManTooth update NFRefrigeration

Takes to long to set up and connect Then if you loose connection have to start over Bought yellow jacket first did not like to many problems Then I got the smart service tool from sporlan like night and day difference connects every time right away and if you get out of range connects right back also there all wireless temp clamps and all They cost two times what the yellow jackets cost but well worth it         I must have a lot of extra time I don t know about Schon1963

I been using this app daily for about two weeks on service calls with my mantooth 67002 although it has never froze on me but I wish starting a session was quicker I also wish that I didn t have to press so many buttons to hit the power down option I would like to see in future updates suggestions on what a problem a c could be based on the system pressure and temp It would also be nice to save refrigerants that I commonly use to a favorite list so I don t have to scroll through a long list Hope the next update brings big improvements             Just ok Menace187m

Seriously 9 steps to get started Who wants to go through 9 pages to link the phone to the device then walk twenty feet away and whole process must restart Oh the device will never automatically link to the mantooth who authorized production to go forward being this user unfriendly     Way too many buttons to push Stoopidnick

It works pretty good overall but does have a few issues I believe it s the app but unsure I have connecting issue sometimes not always It freezes up sometimes to where I can t clear out the readings from a previous call and have to do a reset to get it working also it would be nice to be able to send the readings as a text and not just an email It does seem to be very accurate and easy to use compared to other manufacturers             Needs some improvement chefyd74
