I would rate none for this new update It redirects you to another website and it takes forever So very disappointing Disappointed
This new version is terrible Just plain terrible They ruined the whole credit card section Now you have to go through the browser to access your card Whats the point in that Shouldnt all of that be in the app Isnt the point of apps to make things convenient This app is a waste of time with to many menus Nice try Macys But stick to what works and try to make the app better not worse Upgrade More like DOWNGRADE

Very disappointed in this app First you get an email stating that your statement Is here and ready to view It doesnt give you a due date which is very important As a result I had a late payment fee When you click on view your statement It takes you to place where you can pay your bill Nowhere in their app or website can you actually view your statement Under order history none of my orders are listed When you do get to their website and when you click on anything you sit and watch the little wheel spin endlessly Your phone support leaves much to be desired Please fix Needs work
Last month everything was great Now when you hit pay my bill it jumps to the safari browser What happened in the last 30 days Something terrible thats what The whole point of the apps is to pay your bills via the app not the unsecured web browser No more online bill pay

I am fed up with Macys website and this app For over three weeks I have being trying to view my account and it keeps redirecting me and telling me to call a 1800 number The Fk This is BEYOND ridiculous They cant fix a fing site in all that time FOH A DN Joke

Trying to pay the bill has been made ridiculously difficult They say itll be easier but you are taken from the app to a CitibanknonMacys mobile site that has multiple steps to activate and navigate to after the user is redirected Navigating in the mobile site once youre in is also very inconvenient and poorly designed Before the latest update it wasnt great but I could at least pay my bill within the app without extra steps Extremely disappointed in paying my bill now because of their forced exit from the app Going to the mobile macyscom forces the same thing Its terrible Not at all an improvement nor is it easier as they claim its literally the opposite Terrible app

Update So I have one minor issue with the app Allow Location Access setting only has 2 options either Always or Never I have several apps that recently updated now have the option for While using My location will continue to be set as Never unless an update resolves It would only seem to make since to have the Passbook coupon listed either on the main page or offers widget What is sounds like many people are hunting to to add the coupon I will continue use my coupons I receive in the mail before I try use this app for a coupon Please update so either Passbook coupons has its own widget or a link that clearly says Passbook Passbook needs an update Location issue
The latest update finally added longer sign on sessions Making the app much more useful I had previously given a 1 star rating but I am much happier with the app now Not useful for registries

I got this app specifically to manage my card I figured if I had an easier method of managing it Id use my credit card more Unfortunately when I downloaded the application a little over Month ago there was no option to pay via app but a promise that it would be introduced in September I just opened the app and tried the payment functionality and it sent me to another site which by the way errors out on me every time so still no way to pay through the app Im deleting this app now and putting my Macys card back in the drawer where it sat for 11 months since the last time I used it Pointless
