The calendar on bill pay does not work on my iPhone 4S running iOS 511 I know the OS is old but I do not want to upgrade Please fix        Bill pay calendar does not work

When app first came out I could deposit any size check After first updates and since then can only deposit standard size checks Using iPhone 5 ios7 Direct deposit not an option through employer and they use business size checks This has to be fixable as it worked in the beginning Please fix     Cant Make Deposits please fix

For those of you complaining about the app not updating you transactions lately you need to delete and reinstall the app after updating iOS I do not know why this needs to be done but it worked for me I have used the app for a long time and it works better than advertised                 Need to reinstall

I like the update but every time I try to do a remote deposit the app crashes when I take a pic Please fix this bug           Just okay

The new check deposit feature is worse than ever Who knew taking a picture could be so agonizing I would not recommend this app to anyone until the check deposit feature is either rolled back to its previous version or fixed completely        Check Deposit is an Utter Failure

I was really excited that my bank had a mobile app until I discovered the bugs Since I dont live anywhere near my bank online picture deposits would be super helpful But to my chagrinit crashes every time I try to take a picture of my check Please fix this        Buggy

I had the same problem as everyone else and I just deleted and reinstalled and everything is updated and works great Love this app                 Works great

To begin I have already deleted and reloaded the app after the IOS update this did not resolve the issues I have been having problems with the deposit feature of this app since day one I have deleted and readded the app but still an issue When I create a deposit the app almost never captures the picture the first time and I have to retake it Then after this happens it gets hung up immediately after submitting the deposit and will not go back to the main menu I can close out of the app but then when I relaunch it I get a loading message and the app never connects me to the login page The only way to work around this is to reboot my iPhone and the It works again until the same thing happens all over again Please work out the bugs for this app and send us an update Thank you Frustrated     Members 1st appdeposit

you should update it for the iPhone 5 so it fits the screen p other then that great appD              Update

My favorite part is the super easy and convenient check depositing from my phone Works great                 Love this app

Love the app Thank you I wish we had the option in settings of whether we wanted to be logged out automatically if we leave the app We all get sidetracked in our multitasking and it gets annoying to have to log in again Especially when I want to use the calculator on my phone Or maybe at least put a basic calculator IN the app so people dont have to leave the app to do their calculations Have a great day              Great App Just 1 suggestion

I have the new app for IOS 84 and my device is the iPhone 5s I call they told me to deleted and download it again but still the same nothing happens after I sign in     The new update dont work

The app gives you the option to reset your password by texting you a code to enter for security purposes The only problem is that when you leave the app to view that text message it takes you back to the main screen when you return so its impossible to enter that code Pretty much pointless if I have to use my computer to fix defeats having an app in the first place     Dont forget your password

Total waste of time I couldnt log onto my account from my iPad using the regular internet homepage and Safari as the browser Members First Customer Support told me they were aware of problems logging on through Safari and recommended I use this app This app is a complete joke and doesnt let you log onto your account either     Terrible Dont Bother

This app is usually great however the past couple of days I cant deposit a check using it All is fine until I hit submit at which point it starts processing it then stops and says Result Processing Error Depositing checks is the main reason I use this app and right now I cant do that           Just started having issues

Im having the same issue as Paul in the previous review When I open bill payer it crashes the iPad however it works fine on the laptop        Bill Payer Crashes my IPad
