I ordered a 2015 Hyundai Genesis from the head salesperson named Ray After months of requests I received the incorrect key fob and contacted Locksmith Resources for the correct fob I spoke with Ray personally and he promised the correct key fob would be sent overnight A week went by and nothing had arrived I called Rays number from my cell phone and it would ring about 4 times before it was picked up and slammed down ending the call When calling Rays number from our shop s landline Ray answered but kept repeating Hello as if no one was on the other end and quickly hung up When I finally caught up with Ray he said he would not refund my money and that all he had to do was be unavailable until I died Ray knows I have tstage 4 cancer and said he would rather stall until the cancer takes me I m asking you to not support this company while they employ Ray Thank you Joey Combs     No ethics XenoBling
