I was very happy with the original app I used it and found it extremely useful This new version keeps crashing and will not allow me to email or text message the data PS Although I do like the new displays New version keeps crashing

Like other reviewers I agree that I feel taken advantage of I previously purchased this app and enjoyed using it for years Since this upgrade I have lost all my favorite loans and access to functions I previously used since I purchased the app Time to find another similiar app Goodbye Loan Shark This upgrade charges you to return functionality already purchased

I PURCHASED this app a while ago an found it quite useful I had several loan scenarios stored to model both home and auto loans I went in to the app to do some whatif analysis and found that after the upgrade I have to PAY FOR the functionality I already Purchased Oh hell no The developer should have released a separate version of the app if this is what they were going for Leave us paying customers alone on an older version and let us choose to upgrade to the other version if we feel the features are worth it Very unlikely I will ever do business with this developer again and will be sure to spread the word of this unscrupulous tactic Upgrade is a rip off

Do not upgrade After upgrading I lost functionality and now being asked to pay again to obtain functionality I feel cheated Do not accept upgrade

I bought this app a long time ago and it worked great A while back they took away many of the features with the claim that I needed to pay for the upgraded version to get those features back This has to violate an App Store agreement Once I pay for an app I shouldnt have to buy surprise upgrades to keep the features and information I have already paid for Rip off

I used to be able to amortize a loan before the update now you have to pay 299 to upgrade to amortize a loan I shouldnt have updated

It used to be easier to use and you could amortize Now its harder to use and they took away amortization and want 299 to amortize Thats a downgrade Software degraded

This application has good functionality It complements the beauty of iOS very nicely as well The animations are smooth and delightful Its simple yet rather powerful in capability Exact payoff dates are provided there are useful amortization charts principle and interest percentages are display in simple graphs etc The app crashes occasionally and if that were fixed it would be a five star app Great functionality delivered delightfully

The app design is great Its very functional Here is why Im giving it a 2 star rating I purchased their app a long time ago and paid for the upgrade The company released an update and forced me to repurchase the same upgrade as the previous version I would have released a Loan Shark 2 so customers know its a different product with a new In App Purchase and fixed the bugs in 1x to make it run in iOS 78 Secondly this app crashes a lot on my iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 81 Thirdly they need to update UI to take advantage of the larger display Fourth allow iCloud syncing so all my loans are on all my devices Not so great company

I have used this app for years and it has been a critical financial tool for running numbers and projections They recently changed it and it is useless It crashes and will not run the numbers if you change one thing in the projections for example if you want to change the amoritization charts by running it for 144 months instead if 120 months it wont perform the calculation This was one of my favorite apps and is now useless This App is destroyed

I already paid for this I dont need the premium features Give me back what I paid for and stop the inapp annoyware prompts I should not get reduced functionality inapp prompts or ads in my PAID software Give me back what I paid for

I had a previous paid version after the update all my paid version features are all gone I think I have a right to keep my previous paid version Give my old paid version back No way I will paid this new version I suggest a new user do not get this software app you are going to ended up like me What a ripped off
