I tried to select multiple areas that I was having an issue with but I can only select one at a time But when you chose a different area you pretty much get the same information as you would your hand compared to your foot and its the same descriptions and everything Right now its not worth the download Needs lots of work

When I click on speak to a nurse or doctor it starts to think and then stops I tried clicking it multiple times redownloaded app and everything No luck Tried contacting customer service no response Doesnt work anymore

This app is absolutely wonderful I think it has great info I do have a few serious suggestions 1 while you have a list disorders Diseases Disorders and symptoms I would love a list separate of your library of tests and procedures like ERCP CBC CMP Blood Cultures etc 2 I think you need to add Sandhoff Disease Other than that THIS THING IS AMAZING I really think that it could be improved Of course EVERYTHING CAN BE IMPROVED Thank You VERY much for reading this rating comment if you did I know you are doing a lot of work and AM BLOODIED CERTAIN that you do not have all the time in the world to review every single persons comments word for word I totally understand this and respect all of this Wonderful app

To find out any potential upfront or hidden cost u need to sign up as a member and use the app Terms and conditions agreement makes no specific mention of any fees they charge just that there possibly might be some If your costs are reasonable state it in your agreement It looks like the app co is trying to hide things from us for financial gain Which is the definition of fraud Urgent Care App People that make u THE BAD GUYS Why hide the cost of app usage
Ive used this app on two separate occasions one for an intervention that required antibiotics and another to get a prescription for a confirmed diagnosis from my doctor and had the same poor experience both times When I called the nurse essentially just looked up my symptoms in WebMD and then proceeded to tell me what an infection is She then told me to go to an urgent care clinic just to double check This is not a solution It wasnt an emergency it was a standard rash which was already diagnosed earlier and I just needed to talk to a doctor I requested both times to be escalated to a doctor but was denied both times So great I paid 8 to be told to go to the ER or Urgent Care clinic so I can pay another 200 for nothing Waste of money and time for this app all they do is tell you some generic information about what you may have and then tell you to go to a real doctor Avoid this app very disappointing Not much help waste of money

And no Im not being sarcastic they dont put you on hold if theyre busy theyll call you as soon as a nurse or doctor is available and there isnt a sales pitch for any special service or premium Ive called with everything from broken bones to blood in my insert gross place for there to be blood here and they always walk me through treatment options for home and whether or not extra care is needed This app is the biggest no brainer around period One thing I will say is that I recommend you search via key word rather than pointing to the part of the body that hurts its easier to get to what you need to know this way when searching for symptoms All in all great app I would pay for this in a heartbeat Just awesome
Wow I just got off the phone from my first try using this and it was great The whole process took about 20 minutes and the doctor concluded the call by sending in a prescription for my bladder infection I definitely recommend much better than waiting for hours at urgent care Love this

My daughter had pinkeye We called the service for charge of 399 and call back from the doctor within 20 minutes A prescription for pinkeye medication its called in to my pharmacy One hour later my pharmacy had the prescription ready for pick up Amazing when you compare it with the hassle of going to urgent care Awesome service

Never have been nearly this impressed with any another app Im an app obsessed maniac too ive tried hundreds and hundreds or the years It almost sounds too good to be true but its just how it sounds 399 and a doctors visit over the phone theyll call a prescription into ur pharmacy if need be its simply amazing Every aspect about it is Start to finish was maybe 15 minutes saved me a ton of money I dont have right now especially bc no health ins at the moment This needs to be a part of iTunes app homepage so many people could insanely benefit from this service I really am amazed almost speechless how smooth this worked out Should be iTunes 1 app

This is a great idea but I have been waiting two days now for them to call in a prescription for antibiotics and the pharmacy hasnt received it Ive talked with five different representatives from urgent care every one of them was supposed to have clinical staff call me back but nobody has All five representatives confirmed that it was called in and confirmed the address of pharmacy but still after two daysnobody can tell me why the pharmacy hasnt received it I wish this service worked but it just doesnt Terrible follow through
