This app worked perfectly and since there was a software update on the TV it will no longer work The TV continually shows pairing key and the app states no TV is found Please fix this        Not working anymore

Works as indicated Its essentially a larger version of the iPhone app It works well I would like to see the ability to turn the tv off Also would like to see a way to call up a keyboard for the web browser in the tv Otherwise it is good I like the magic motion remote the best but I like the app better than the regular remote especially since I have all my remotes on my iPad With a keyboard it would be essentially perfect              Satisfied

This is the most freakin dumb app Ive ever had and Ive had a lot of dumb apps Its a horrible app     Dumb

I downloaded and installed the app about a week ago The pairing process was fast and easy with my 47LV3700 and the remote worked We havent been home much since then so we didnt really use it I tried to use the app again this weekend but it said I had the wrong pairing key I tried to go through the pairing process again but now all I get is dots instead of the key on the TV which immediately goes blank when I go to the input key step on the iPad I tried removing the app and then downloaded and reinstalled but still cant get it to pair with the TV now I have no idea why it suddenly stopped working or why it will not pair now My TV is listed as supported and it worked initially but will not work now I think the thing that bothers me the most is I can find no answer to this problem anywhere The LG Support link is useless and the LG support site is pretty much a joke overall I will try my hand at live chat andor calling them tomorrow when they are open again     Stopped working and will not pair now

This is the best free app Ive used yet I dont know why anyone would bash this app if you have a supported TVand a decent internet connection its going to work perfectly This with my Uverse system means I can sit with my ipad and do everything I need without a remote but with even better performance and more interactivity Seriously it works perfectly The tack pad that you use in the apps and menu is incredibly better than the magic wand remote and especially the regular IR remote that come with the TV This has to be the future of customizable remotes just wish we could get a programmable app that would accept multiple devices and the interractivity that you get with them for free                 Amazing

This is not a bad app just needs one more thing a keypad Its rather painful on my LG TV to type using the wonder remote I like the wonder remote but not for typing text This app would get 5 stars if it had the keypad Could also use an off button Cant figure out why LG made the layout in alphabetical order versus standard keyboard layout This makes it even harder with the wonder remote           Needs keyboard

The app works but the simple UI is clearly designed for the smaller iPhone screen Hoping for an update thats better designed for the larger iPad screen           Works but UI designed for smaller iPhone

I have a 42 LG LV5500 that I purchased in December of 2011 The TV is connected to my wifi router via a wireless media bridge on the TVs ethernet connector I did not use the TVs included LG wifi dongle The setup on my new iPad took about two minutes I connected my iPhone4Gs in less time The apps touchpad worked well to move the cursor around my TV screen All of the available controls work Im a happy guy Good job This may sound silly but if you are having problems make sure your iDevice is connected to your home wifi and not the phone network You must be connected to your local wifi the same as the TV for this to work                 I Like this thing

The app cant find my 2014 tv     Doesnt work

Please fix ASAP since I use often My 60PZ950 does not work with latest update on iPhone 5 or iPad     UpdatedNOW DOESNT WORK

App wont recognize find my tv and yes theyre on the same router And the App Support link goes to a website with no info on the app Disappointed     Im sure its greatif it would just work

Nice idea but you still have to have a separate remote anyway just to turn the TV on a COMPLETE FAIL by LG The app does not connect more often than it does connect Pioneer app works flawlessly and connects quickly 100 of the time with no lag at all LG app connects about 20 of the time Obviously LG does not care as there have been absolutely NO new updates to this app     No Power On

I just downloaded this app for my LG 55lw5600ua 3D tv And it works great Make sure you have a great wifi connection and your tv and iPad are on the same router           LG Tv Remote for IPAD

I have a 2012 LG Smart tv and it appears not to be supported Scan does not find the tv Cool concept but fail on execution     Useless

Had to pair it to my LG6500 every time I wanted to use it After it was paired it would freeze up or give me an alarm error This was not worth my time or effort It functions like a basic remote IMO     Better luck next time

TV Remote was working up until recent update 21315 for iPad Now it does not even recognize my TV model even though it is listed and shows as being installed You ruined something that already worked And now it doesnt AT ALL     BAD UPDATE

this apps us useless for my LG 3d tv 42Lw5500 it can show my tv but it show cant connect my tv     Useless

Installed app followed all directions made sure TV was connected to the Internet etc All the app says is it cant find the tv to check my internet connection     DOES NOT WORK

This app works good the only thing I wish it had was a keyboard I mean it is a smart tv and a keyboard would be a natural              Works great but

Just bought a 42LW5700 The tv is great Im very happy with it The app works fine doesnt crash and all the functions works very well My disappointment is that it doesnt allow you to use the ipad keyboard to type in the fields search login password etc Type with the TV remote is very bad 3 star till LG allow to use de ipad keyboard           Where is the QWERT keyboard

I just paired this with a LK550 and it works great My channels are controlled by my FIOS box but otherwise I can now use this              Nice

I no longer have to point my remote to the TV screen to control it Awesome                 Great

If you still have the old LG HDTV remote app on your iPad DO NOT UPDATE IT I was able to load the new version of the app without erasing or updating the old one and the new version just wont connect with the TV I now have iOS 83 on my iPad and the old version of the LG TV app still works fine     SAVE YOUR OLD APP

This app works great from an iphone as a dedicated remote to control the tv volume At the same time you can run Apple TV from an iPad and its like youre livin the dream Thank you LG and Apple                 It functions
