Issues with the different maps and video playback Needs security login to protect functionality passcode etc You can transfer tickets etc from the App which is great so long as no one else misuses the App when the phone is unlocked        Functional needs upgrades and security

This app is confusing Im usually very good with technology but this app just doesnt provide any good qualities and is hard to use If I could give it 0 stars I would     Shiity

Useful and very helpful but slow at times Would like a full schedule for Levis stadium instead of just the 49ers              Good start

This app saved me so much time I was able to have my ticket on me at all times Plus I could skip the linehave my food delivered to my seat But the best part by far had to be the Merch in seat delivery so I didnt have to miss a second of the One Direction concert but I also didnt had to wait in the humongous line Seriously this app is a life saver                 So convenient

This app is so awesome that I wasnt really ready for the fire that came out of this app I went to order a hot dog but had to stop because my phone just exploded from the awesomeness Then I ordered a drink and my neighbor exploded I then got a beer but I realized I was going to explode so I shut it off Get it Now Be warned Theres just too much fire inside this app Thank you Niners As if I wasnt already too lazy and dependent on others to satisfy my bourgeois bohemian tastes You complete me                 Insane

Which is not helpful        It demands I have an account but refuses to let me create an account

Please just give us access to all our tickets already Weve paid for them we should have the right to transfer or sell them to whomever we choose rather than you holding the tickets hostage     Why cant I have my ticket codes I PAID for them

Great app until you update it and find ALL your information is wiped out and you have to put back in EVERYTHING What a joke     Update is horrible

While I think its a great idea to have the ability for an e ticket on an app the organization has now completely moved away from all physical tickets My family have been season ticket holders for over 40 years and they tell us now that they are no longer sending any tickets out Its all digits Im from the Bay Area and Im 28 Im all about technology But this is stupid You should have a choice especially for the older crowd that do t have iPhones They must be cutting it based purely on saving money which is ridiculous and a shame Niner fan for life but this organization is challenging its fans right now For some apparent reason     Bad

This is an update that still fails to deliver a key feature Why you cannot load your tickets to passbook is just bad and very frustrating Frankly these guys are really missing it        A year later still no passbook FAIL

This is really a non app it rarely works as designed and is less convenient than the website Super glitchy and its not even a free app as we had to pay 10s of thousands of dollars to be SBL members Its really silly how a stadium that cost over 1 billion to make has an app we could have had made at the dollar store This lends itself to a general poor representation of what was such a beautiful team and ownership group aka The Real SF 49ers Wish we had Eddie D back he knew how to run a NFL franchise and a business in general The caliber of organization under his control was top tier in the NFL he only had one mishap and it was unrelated to football Now his step nephew has the reins and is destroying the Niners good name Miss the good old days when I was a kid with my parents in 80s and 90s at the Stick We didnt have an App but if we did it most likely would have been awesome Go Niners     Still no goodsad to see

After the latest update when I sign onto the faithful 49 page the screen brightness on my device JUMPS UP automatically and I cant turn it down unless I exit out of that page This is an extremely strange glitch that needs to be addressed right away as I have never had this problem before           Needs an update AGAIN

Nice beginning but where are the promised restroom line times and wheres a map in the app that shows where the restrooms are located Not a very complete app At least deliver promised features upon initial release        Nice Beginning

Many great things like finding your seat your way around the stadium but my FAVORITE feature is in the Game Center Playbyplay instant replay made available during the game to attendees from 4 different angles                 Love it

Iphone 6 at sharks Kings game Did not work for me but not that impressed with the light show I did see Just flashing white lights Sometimes fast sometimes slow Seem to have other good features           Light show portion of app did not work

Back in 2010 I read an article comparing Singletary Raye and Alex Smith as a 3headed dragon and while I agree that all three were unable to win football games together I believe the problems with the organization more closely resemble a Hydra than a dragon When one head is cut off it just regrows a new head that is equally terrible What do Erickson Nolan Singletary Hostler Raye Harbaughs departure etc have in common They were all solutions imposed by the Yorks Tomsula is simply the newest head thats regenerated on the hydra This team needs to stop merely cutting off heads and slay the beast Its time for York to sell the team to someone who knows what theyre doing     App is fine The front office is broken

In stadium on Friday and the power in my phone went from 60 to 18 in 45 minutes Same with other two people tied into stadium wifi App or wifi issue Not sure Also the link to 49er faithful is not working Can not sign in        Version 1 needs lots of work

Literally waited in a concession line for 45 minutes an a express line and ended up getting a refund instead of my items because they dont sell certain items at the stall I was charged for Frustrating     Creative but not ready for release

Order my food get to the express pick up and apparently it did not go through because the app crashed Really And all they tell me is sorry go wait in linemissed about Half a quarter just to get my food Nice stadium horrible service     App crashed

Just like 49ers ownership this app fails us time and time again Seems like they are just being cheap on all accounts Levis Stadium was built to print money and this app is the same Focuses on bringing in revenue not the fan experience I have lost count of how many times it has failed me right at the gate Fail     A poor app that fails on so many levels

The newest update will not let me view account information when I try to update credit card information it wont save Bad thing to do a few days before the first game     Latest update is bad

This app seems to be more important to Jed York than the product he puts on the field Honestly half its features are stupid andor dont work I deleted it as soon as the season ended which was rather quickly due to blatant sabotage People probably spent half there time trying to figure out how to order food on this stupid rather than watching the football game or cheering for the team The app is now especially useless considering no will want to actually pay to go see the 49ers lose every game next season     Stupid app stupid stadium stupid team owner

Why doesnt the app save my login data or at least let me login with the finger print touch I guess now I need to carry my login info with me to each game Plus you have to login for the parking pass too You guys need to make this more user friendly     Have to login each time

For a techd out stadium in the world HQ of computer tech is a travesty and a failure This app DOES NOT WORK The WiFi at the stadium did not work on 81714 not the apps fault the server not found when I tried to open app during game but when the server did connect the replay function that was promised by the Stadium and supposedly a part of the app failed to work The wayfinding function that helps users get around to parking lots and locations in the stadium suites team store team museum was turned off not functioning on game day vs Broncos 81714 Instead a rudimentary map of the stadium static map not interactive capable was put in place of the wayfinding tab The inseat food ordering function also did not work Shall I continue Nice that they fleece their fan base by implementing lofty seat licensing fees at the new stadium but now all the things promised as added value for the full fan experience are not being delivered through this Stadiumcommissioned app Very disappointed     EPIC FAIL

Downloaded it for the Sharks kings stadium game light show does nothing     Light show doesnt work
