Ive been using this app for almost a month now and I like it IT gives instantaneous feedback if your posture deviates during your exercise I was surprised how much my own posture failed to meet muster when under exercise stress The app helps me stay in bounds with my core muscles Back pain has been less frequent occurrence last couple weeks and I am wondering if this app maybe contributing to this fact Inany event it is improving my posture I like this app I like it Very helpful
For any biomechanics researcher or rehab specialist this is a great tool and user friendly Great app
I guess I have been doing everything wrong because I get a lot of buzzes This app really makes you focus on your core when doing exercises I like it Awesome tool
OK app Its an interesting idea to use the phones accelerometer to get feedback But seriously any good physical therapist should actually watch their patient do the exercises instead of relying on an expensive toy to do the work for them And this is a bit too pricey for home use The Lite app should be 2 and have two axises to be reasonable Also the remote play button only works on wired headsets Itd be nice to have that work on a bluetooth headset to get rid of the wire Ok but overkill
