Interesting book and great concept I was lying in bed in the dark reading it with the headphones on and when that text message came through I jumped straight into the air Well done Well worth it at half the price youd pay for a regular book with all the integrated media extras Looking forward to more                 Great creepy entertainment

Money well spent The book is great and the videos gave me anxiety I love the bookvideo format                 Awesome story

Im not that big of a reader in fact a book needs to capture my interest in the first couple of pages or Ill never finish it This particular story captivated me I couldnt put it down And the video bridges it did take a little away from the book imagination but it actually gave a physicallity to it that proved to be whole lot better If I could give more than 5 stars I would                 AMAZING

This book kept my attention well but faltered in a few key points The resolution of the book was honestly too drawn out There was no need to make this 100 chapters The endless use of the F word was a little annoying as well Lastly 1299 is a bit pricey 78 is probably worth it              Good

This was much better than reading your average ebook The videos and other interactive content really puts this one over the top It is well worth your time                 The next level in ereading

Loved it and am looking forward to the sequel I am in forensics and I think the authors use of the f bomb as opposed to sweet poetry was pretty accurate for characters chasing a serial killer                 Great

No the book will not win a Pulitzer No the videos will not win Oscars Price should be no more then renting a video But I gave it 5 starsfor innovation Very clever Maybe we will now see an Apple Reader that brings old classics and combines them with existing film footage to make it interesting Say Gone with the Wind book and footage between chapters from the movie                 Very Innovative

Excellent Excellent Excellent I love this book on my iPhone Everytime I turn the page there is an ominous toneso great The cyberbridges are excellent They really tie the story together The book is intensely satisfying and well worth the time reading and the money spent for the app You will not regret it expecially if you are a fan of this genre                 Scary Great

This wasnt the most well written novel Ive ever read the Dark Arts story line was totally over the top but it was still very entertaining I read through it all very quickly and am looking forward to the next novel coming before too long              very entertaining

First time in a long time that Ive read a book from cover to cover in one sitting Diginovels are a great idea and Im wondering why Dark Prophesy and Dark Revelations arent available as iPhone apps You can buy and read the sequels using the Kindle app but you cant view the videos because they require flash When is iPhone going to lift that ban its ridiculous Ive had to download the sequels to my other phone Samsung Note but Id rather have them on my iPhone because I carry it with me all the time Id also like to know why iPhone hasnt offered any other Diginovels                 What Happened to the Sequels

I have to admit like most American youths Im not much of a reader This was an amazing book Loved the video clips didnt like how the beginning of the next chapter kind of recapped what the video had just shown And seriously people if you were expecting Oscar winning performances from film clips you should slap yourselves The acting isnt top notch by any means but still interesting to watch and also helped build a bond with the characters And also to give it 1 star because of a religion mess up thats a little harsh And the use of the fbomb yeah it was a lot but I wouldnt consider it offensive if you want kid words read a kids book All in all great book looking forward to the sequal                 Great idea

I enjoyed the experience of the diginovel But really A Methodist church would never have Priests It would have ministers Crucifix NEVER but an empty cross Votive candles Get real Really detracted from my enjoyment        Priests votive candles and a crucifix in a METHODIST church

A truly immersive experience They say books are almost better than the movie but this is the best of both worlds Cant wait for the sequel                 Fantastic

I know some clips were inconsistant like the diff camera angles on a sup recording but I just looked at it as a reanacment of what happened If u look at it that way it was great Otherwise u could think twice about a few things Overall I couldnt wait to see what was next I cant wait for the sequel              It kept my attention

Loved the format for this novel This story was pretty gruesome so its not for the faint of heart There were also some over the top sections of the storyline but overall well done I am looking forward to the next novel like this                 Super format
