Letters with Pooh

Just downloaded the app yesterday and it still says loading Cant get it to work how do I get my money back     Stuck Loading for hours

Will not work after update I deleted it and tried again so I guess I will get charged 3 for something that I no longer have since I deleted the second one also     Wont work

Ive been trying to download this app for days now even contacted customer service They advised me to download to computer and then sync to IPad Soooooo I sync go to my IPad not on it I go BACK to the AppStore via iPad and it showed app is paid for but install option was below the icon I hit the install button and STILL waiting an hour later What the heck If I didnt promise my son he could get it Id definitely be asking for a refund really disappointed thus far smh              Must be something wrong

Ive been tying to teach my 3 year old son the alphabet We made up posters using all kinds of stickers we tried alphabet books weve tried playing games and hes been completely disinterested I downloaded this app and he loves it When I asked him if he wanted me to read to him he told me no he was learning his letters loved it Granted hes only been using it a couple of days so the interest may wear off quickly but for now its his favorite app                 Engaged

Such a shame and shame on developers for charging and releasing a half built app Lovely sounds and graphics entice my little one in only to run into puzzles that advance him forward without proper completion and others that just flat out dont work     Shame on Disney

I bought this knowing my son would love it yet after downloading and redownloading this app will not open Waste of money     Cant even open

My 2 12 year old loves this app He traces his alphabet and says the sounds with the narrator Entertaining and a great learning tool for a preschooler                 Great game

Well whatever is wrong witH the OS is still wrong and it doesnt play except for the opening picture of Pooh and pile letters So I want my money back JOY     Phooey to Pooh

I just purchased this I am having the same problem as most other people with one star No sound The puzzle portion wont even open I just purchased the iPad 3 for my special needs son and have the iOS 6 How does one get a refund I am not going to waste my time hunting them down for 200s but someone is making a great profit     No sound and it did not completely download

The art and animation is so charming                 Fun story

At first all was fine Kids loved it But when the first update arrived it would not update and now wont open Ridiculous We should get our back     Cant Updatestuck

Wont load on my ipod because it says that I need to upgradehowever itunes says that my ipod is upgraded Just wasted 2 bucks Frustrating     Wont work on my ipod

The pictures are cute the music is lovely and theres plenty of activities to keep a toddler busy The only issues are when tracing the letters the app doesnt accept the lines unless its close to perfect in hard more Even an adult has to repeatedly retrace the lines for a frustrated kid The tracing level can be set to easy but the easy mode is useless After tracing half of B the app thinks its done and accepts a P for a B The balloons that contain letters in the menu are difficult to select on an iPod Touch because its so crowded              Great game but needs improvement

Took forever to download and when I finally got it working it was very slow to the point that a child would soon just give up as it does not perform as fast as other iPad apps Also the sound did not work I was very sorry I spent the money for this game PS I have a 50 megabit download speed so it wasnt my connection     Slow performance and no sound

I got this game for my son and he enjoys it There is one thing I dont like about this app If he touches the end of a letter when tracing even though he hasnt completed the letter it continues to the next letter regardless And There is one thing I absolutely hate about this app When my son is playing with the stickers there is no way to turn off the camera feature so my photos applications as well as iCloud get filled with dozens upon dozens of unwanted photos from this app As a photographer who keeps a portfolio not to mention our family photos in a few of these photo applications this makes me a little more than upset Fix this and the app may rank up to four stars Until then it only gets one star for sheer stupidity     Cute but stupid

Purchased this app even after reading the bad reviews thinking it would work for menope My 3 year old cried Nothing comes up What a waste     Disappointing

This app was purchased about a month ago for my grandson After the initial download not working I removed it Since that time I have come back several times and tried to load it on my iPadIm finally to the point of giving updont waste your money till it gets fixed     Disappointed

Tried updating the app and it still wouldnt upate to my device ipod 4th gen with iOS6 I completely deleted it from my iTunes and computer and will try downloading it again Until then cant rate any higher     Expect more from Disney

My 25 year old loves Pooh and this app is so sweet And well learn letters too The sound works just fine on my iPad others should make sure they havent accidentally got their iPad muted                 So sweet

Downloaded this appafter the opening screen it crashes and will not come up Great app if you want 5 seconds of music and a picture of Winnie the Pooh     Does not work

This will not even install on my iPhone 4 I get an error message stating that there is not enough memory when there is clearly enough memory Im very disappointed This is just one of many issues I have encountered lately with Disney apps     Will not Install

How can I have over 1gb of space on my phone yet I cannot update the app I get an error message saying I dont gave enough room to update it If you have to delete the app in order to install the newest update something is wrong Otherwise my kids love it           Updating the app issues

Im having the same issue that the update wont load now it wont open It was one of my twins favorites too so now he just crys when it wont open Please fix your app     Cant update either

This is our favorite letters app by far love that there is a story that takes my 3yo through all the different activities There are a lot of nice thoughtful touches but I do think that even though its packed with so much to do it is a VERY large app I hope they do something about the size in an update For those having sound issues I had a problem with sound on apps before and didnt realize that something in the settings for my iPad could mute some system sounds not others                 Well done but size is huge

No sound App was updated after iPhone 5 release but still needs bugs fixed Doesnt work     No sound

This is a fantastic idea for an app but a few things fell apart in the execution First the letters tracing to get balloons isnt nearly as strict as the tutorial My son basically touches the screen in three different places when trying to trace an A and it says good job and lets him move on Whats the point Secondly the next and previous signs are in VERY bad spots They are right where my son rests his hand especially in the letter matchingcoloring pages activity so hell be at various points of finishing very often close to finishing and hell hit the next button and then he has to go back and start all over again More frustrating for him but again why I so badly want him to be self sufficient with the app and only request help when the actual goal is a difficult one not because of oversights in designexecution Having said that I have seen a dramatic change even in the way he doodles on paper he is almost 2 and a half I also absolutely love that he can record his own voice saying each letter           great with some killer flaws

The animated characters are so cute and were having a lot of fun collecting balloons to help Pooh get to the honey A great lesson in writing out the alphabet D                 Super cute
