Well this does work and its free but every time I tried switching the background or sound it exited out of the app Hmmmm

Every time I tried changing anything the app was closed I deleted it cant stand it closing Major glitches

As others have pointed out the app closes if you try to change the background or ring tone It used to work Probably needs an update with all the changes in the iPhone Its a silly app and i dont use it but Im sure someone might have fun with it I will delete now it doesnt work Only came to see if they had any plans to fix it No longer works as advertised
