Great content in the app Very simple Yes it does send out alerts but for example an alert at 1pm Eastern isn t helpful for Lunch I have brought this up once by email but does not appear to have been fixed The dinner alert happened at 5 30pm Eastern which was perfect                 Nice app but not timely alerts Nscocozzo
