The app is simple to use and provides pertinent information Also with testing that app works as it should It alerted me when the smoke alarm activated and when I didn t respond to the app alert it gave me a call and the emergency back up numbers when I didn t answer my phone                     Works awesomely Jobry

Really neat concept and in general I like the device and app However my biggest gripe is that notifications for alerts don t seem to work reliably and they only work with a single device Reliability is key here since the point of this is remote monitoring and many homes have more than one occupant so delivering notifications to all devices on the same account would be really nice to have                 Mostly good issues with notifications JSW_Wojo

Just received Leeo from Amazon today I have extensive background in IT Engineering Developer so I am aware of the ins and outs of a device like this If I had to break down the stars and then avg them out this is how I would do it Ease of pairing with my IPhone 6 Plus Bluetooth 5 stars Ease of connecting my Wifi 2 4GHz Guest WPA2 encryption 5 Stars Temperature and humidity incorrect although it hasn t been more than 1 hr since I plugged this thing in the wall 3 stars Has history of climate cool idea if the numbers can be trusted 4 stars Quickness of updating firmware software which I presume is uploaded to the device via my IPhone 4 Stars took 3 mins and I have 75Mbps service would have expected 1 5 mins tops Ease of understanding intuitive of App 5 stars Cool light changes any color you want and and be as sensitive to ambient light as you want to auto turn on off 5 stars Testing of Smoke alarms and then alerting me I have 6 interconnected i e If 1 goes off all goes off in another words it is impossible for the unit NOT be able to hear it 0 Stars I am extremely unhappy 1 star that the alert did not work which defeats the purpose of me buying this gadget in the first place Now I have to face up to the boss my wife who wasn t too happy that I wasted on this in the beginning and would now be giving me the evil eye I have emailed support and hope they respond in a timely manner or I will be forced to return this gadget that I want to love but can t             Cool Idea and concept but Alert didn t work tnmooo

I purchased the LEEO smart alert from Amazon 4 days ago The app needs a serious update hasn t been touched since June 2016 The app detected both CO2 alarms but only 2 4 smoke alarms It doesn t support all smoke CO2 alarms check out their website I want to start over with 4 newer alarms but there s no way to delete the 2 it actually heard It would also be great to name each individual smoke CO2 alarm by floor room location It also won t pair with my iPhone 6 More than several times over 4 days I ve tried turning off turning on Wi Fi rebooting my router unplugging the leeo and doing a hard reset Nothing Do your homework before you consider the leeo and this app     No app update nbachampions2016

I use this to monitor the climate in my baby s room and it s awesome The customized night light feature is a bonus I couldn t find anything like this in this price range We live in an old brownstone and the temperature fluctuates quite a bit which is why I wanted to make sure the baby s room was comfortable no matter where I am I m glad I found the leeo and would recommend it to anyone who needs to monitor rooms where temperature is concern                     Great for baby s room Akhadcjdnf

I wanted something that would notify me if smoke detectors went off while away Replacing all smoke detectors with Nests would be expensive and a lot of work Home security system doubly so Found this device that monitors existing detectors Installation was a breeze Less than five minutes and completely smooth Device is now monitoring and temperature and humidity readings are spot on Ability to change color and brightness of nightlight feature is a cool bonus Not sure why others have had problems but for me setup was a snap and device performs as promised Much cheaper and simpler than any other solution I ve found                     Brilliant Efficient Works CrimsonEcon

Love this app and it works seamlessly with my devices I have two and soon to be three I love how it calls me and plays a recording of the alarms so I know what is actually going on very helpful in rulling out false alarms The ability to infinitly adjust the color and brightness of the nightlight feature is super cool All around just a great product and app Nice Work                     Can t live without it Bluesclues1980

Got brand new smart alert device and it connected bluetooth to phone and then to wifi but would not get past updating the device There is NO support from the company and even there phone number says to email them which they never responded I returned mine to amazon DO NOT BUY     Do not get the smart alert Pyrotech1620

The temperature and humidity sensors are not correct and are often very incorrect If this can t get a simple temperature reading why would it be able to monitor fire alarms correctly I ll probably try the Nest v2 and toss this     Can t tell if it works Clone0005

Leeo provides great peace of mind with respect to remote alarm monitoring I give them credit for being responsive to customers requests to add water monitoring alarms too that is an awesome new feature and is much appreciated My only complaint about the app is that it doesn t seem possible to clear any past alerts but that s not a huge deal Keep up the great work Leeo                     Great device good supporting app Hydro311

Have been using this device for a month now App works really good Even better now I can see a graph of Humidity and Temperature variations Now For the Sad part Leeo does not provide any integrations AFAIK with other smarthome Products or Ifttt Ex in the event of a fire apart from notifying Emergency services you would want to open Unlock your doors or turn off Appliances Hvac etc which the device or App does not automate yet                 Brilliant Idea but Doesn t Integrate with other Platforms ChinniG

The app works well for me I find the temp hum sensors to be accurate and quite helpful in setting temp Hum around my house The issue I have is the fire co detection It just does not work It did not up my nest single function alarms or combo alarms I contacted them and they were baffled as they have the Same model numbers in their lab and it worked just fine So in the end I have a series of temp hum sensors I did get them for half off so I kept them Prod needs More work                 App works but devices only sort of work ankurbs

At first I experienced the problems others have with not being able to log in But like many apps sometimes the download goes wrong I deleted and redownloaded the app and now it works perfectly I love the new update s cleaner functionality                     Update does work kristin_leigh83

I own 4 of these Nice concept good nightlite if that s hard to pull off cool to change colors not as big a range of colors as i d like but non the less sensors could def be better none are never correct basement is cold as hell and that one says it 69 when its like 60 at best biggest pet peeve is the nonstop notifications of dropping the sensors and regaining them on the network it ain t the network I d settle for all that it does wrong if the notifications would just end         Execution is off Red66

I plugged in my Leeo today and follow the instructions after downloading the app and everything worked as it was supposed to The only problem is when it comes to setting up the smoke alarm and the carbon monoxide alarm the Leeo light turns red on hearing the sound but the app itself doesn t respond very quickly to say that it s made the connection Eventually it acknowledges is the connection and you re good to go The Leeo app will also tell you youre inside house temperature and humidity but I found the house temperature to be off by 15 so that s not very useful Update I got my first carbon monoxide alert and my wife was home so I called her and she said there was no alarms sounding in the house so we re wondering if the garage door or the toilet flushing set off the signal                 Pretty cool and it works but DennisM99
