Too bad that when I m flipping between the LeadSmall app and the Bible app it starts you at the beginning of the lesson you are trying to teach Then I have to go find my place again and try to continue teaching         Frustrating Kjeric

This has the potential to be a very powerful tool However if your church isn t synced with the lessons it s pointless My church is one week behind but I can t access the previous week s plan to review it and prepare more fully for the weekend         Has potential Airbagger

At first this app looked like it was going to be great Unfortunately the longer I ve had it the more frustrated I am with it It is not practical at all First the positives I like being able to access our curriculum from the app It is also nice to able to store all the kids info in one place Beyond that there are no other features that I use Next the negatives Which outweigh the positives Where do I start There is no way to share your group s info with any other leaders There is no way to re name your group or transfer kids from one group to another There is no in app way to communicate with other leaders There is no calendar and no attendance feature There is no way to edit the info settings for each group member I should be able to add a spot for a second parent s phone number I should also be able to delete the email twitter boxes I don t use them Bottom line I should be able to customize each group member s info how I like This app is just a hollow shell of what it could be If these features were added I would gladly use it Until then I m going to use other methods of managing my group         Missing too many features Mshickey

I m all in when it comes to the kids in my small group I like having pictures to help me remember newcomer names and pray for each of my few I like the slideshow feature but please make a way to tap and view in whole screen mode Also a much needed feature is an attendance feature Would love to have a screen with all my kiddos faces and tap on each present then have a chart showing all who attended each week month by month or quarterly Great for reminding me to contact girls who are gone several weeks Thx                 Like this app would love w 2 features sweetmarimari

I was so excited for this app so that my co leaders and I could finally have a place to store all our student information and an easy way to contact our students and their parents However we can t use this app because we are not able to share information with each other It causes duplicate work for both of us to have to add and or change a girls information Once they add a feature for leaders to share their group s information then we will try this app again But until then we will keep searching for an app to use         Good but missing KEY feature CoLead23

The things this app does that are absolutely AWESOME are numerous ability to put the small group kids you lead in a group in an app ability to get them to take selfies to add to your app so you can remember them later ability to see the curriculum and get discussion questions quickly ability to capture their Insta or Twitter handle ability to know their favorite candy ability to have ice breakers or a spinner so they will take turns ability to text the students or the parents or both AMAZING stuff The problem is this app lacks an important feature the ability to move the students from one group to another When there are more than 10 the iPhone texting capability will not work with it so you want to keep the group s a manageable size Having to do a series of screen captures of a student s data so you can move them to a new group you re creating like say kids that are going to an upcoming winter camp is CRITICAL I m sold out to ORANGE but I m looking for another app solution for small group communication Additionally it would be great if we would be able to slice and dice We could for example click on school and then text all the students we lead from a particular school         This is ALMOST the perfect app BiggerBlessings

It allows you to get all the information you could ever need for leading a small group and to be able to easily text or email your group or parents quickly This is tailored to leading the group and showing up randomly in the kids lives unlike other apps that are only meant for group texting                     Great app for leading small groups IamCOOL...

I truly want to love this app because at first blush it s great Organized info for leading group easy to access fun colorful design built in tools There s a lot to love However I have constant bugginess with the channel settings Our church has multiple age groups with different lessons and the app doesn t usually remember my choice of which I m using even to the point that as I have it open I choose the class and it switches for a half second and then changes to a different class randomly It takes me at least 3 times of choosing my class out of the menu before it takes Another issue is when my screen turns off I lose my place in the weekly lesson When I reopen my phone if it doesn t push me back completely to the opening page it at very least puts me back at the beginning of the lesson so using the app in real time doesn t work for me Which is super sad because it has such potential I ve reinstalled and updated immediately and still sad faces for me Would love to see improvements and streamlining             I want to love it but bkittly

Love the app It has made it much easier to lead a small group Only 3 thinks could make it better 1 if there was a place where both parents phone numbers and emails could be entered 2 if the contact information within the app could be synced with the contacts on one s device and 3 if the app info within the app was assessable via other devices for example if one could log into the app from their phone iPad or computer and still have access to the lesson info and the information they have entered in regards to their small group                 Love it Getchygoat

Bringing my team fully on board with this app throughout February The staff has used it for some time and we are excited to use our customization and to provide our volunteers with more ways to grow and have weeks content at their fingertips                     Super helpful jtunes12

We pay for this app to use it but like a previous reviewer commented it is not dependable at all It rarely updates I try refreshing it and it crashes I personally have a team of SGLs and only one out of seven can use it It is extremely frustrating and with the way it is right now it is not worth it and we will not continue purchasing it if it is not fixed soon     Doesn t refresh SweeetiK

I heard a lot of hype about this app at the Orange conference It has so much potential to connect leaders in I heard a lot of hype about this app at the Orange conference It has so much potential to connect leaders in such a new and powerful way We introduced it to our leaders and from the start it had glitches almost every week Even when you plugged in your individual content with the channel ID the app still did not synchronize with many devices and leader cell phones You have to delete the app and re download it often Whenever you delete the app or get a new phone all the student information you plug in is gone I would be willing to pay for this app if it worked My leaders are now so frustrated with all of the issues that they have given up on it I guess we will try again in a few years with a new batch of leaders     Not Dependable Sullyaustin

I am a MS SGL at LifePoint Church in Maryland and I love using the Lead Small app in our middle school ministry that I serve in It s got great tools to keep track of my few which is great especially given the number of students we have in our ministry The ability to put a picture to each student s profile is absolutely amazing especially for those times when a student is out for a few weeks and you forget their name The only feature I have seen missing in the app is in the This Week section We don t follow the XP3 MS curriculum exactly week by week so it would be nice if I could select which part of which series we are doing that week to have the resources available on my phone rather than on papers printed out for leaders We also sometimes use our own series so another awesome feature would be the ability to input your own main points discussion questions etc to be able to have them in the app Other than this the app is fantastic                 Missing one feature but still awesome aschultz813

When this Weekly App came out I felt like someone read my brain looked at my calendar looked at my Wunderlist and saw all my Basecamp projects to create the brain child that is Lead Small Weekly SO genius If creating a weekly and monthly yearly strategy is new to you as a ministry leader this is the PERFECT place to start I think you will fall in love with it My small group leaders love having all these resources available to them at the touch of a button                     You read my mind Youth Pastor from Grand Rapids

I absolutely love this app So many great qualities like having the bottom lines and big picture for the curriculum for that week It would be awesome to be able to share information such as having one login for the ministry that everyone could use the ability to have a stamp tracker within the shared app and getting a notification when a child s birthday is coming up Overall this app is awesome those are some things that would make it better                 Love Asherstonn

This app is great I wish though it had the capability to be used by multiple devices by different people I am in charge of all those that serve at the service I lead and I created groups assuming I would be able to share with others I can only access this and only on this device If a shared login could be created it would allow me to share with others and allow us to see who is moving up into our groups as their birthdays arrive Instead my volunteers must spend the time to all make their own groups and add their own information and pictures when we could otherwise share and have more time each Sunday and Wednesday on group time than we do now due to organization of this app Great app that could use some updating such as sharing                 Sharing with co SGL s Liz18yrsimliz

There s not a way to contact the developer so I m hoping it s seen here The prayer request section is wonky After I enter prayer requests the line of text is cut in half horizontally As in I can only see the top half of the words making it unreadable Also if what I entered is more than two or three words I can t read everything entered There s no way to expand it so I can read the full prayer request I entered             Prayer request section bug Wendy1117

I really like the concept of this app but I am having a hard time using it I was trying to find somewhere to ask for help but I could not find anywhere so I came here First it would be nice if there was an iPad version And second it needs more flexibility I have a group for middle school girls and high school girls for our youth group I accidentally put a middle school girl in the high school group but I could not switch it I had to renter it Which isn t a big deal for one but what do I do when the school year ends and I have a bunch switch over Redo them all What if the youth group keeps growing and we make smaller groups not just middle and high Renter them all Also I would like to be able to delete a person The girl I mentioned I entered into middle school but then I could not take her off of high school Like I said I like the idea and I am still going to try to use it but it is frustrating sometimes Keep up the hard work         Need help zorro77

This Ap has great potential but stopped short when it didn t allow you to log in and access MyFew from multiple devices I lead from iPad and make contacts with my phone it requires me to re enter data to each device and also does not allow me to share that data with my co leader who also has to enter info on each student on each device Logging in and seamless sharing will hopefully be the next step because we love ORANGE and WANT it to work         Potential Watsonredraider
