As a prospective buyer I am often confused by the abbreviations used by realtors to describe their properties It may not be the apps problem but LBAR needs to standardize descriptions and demand descriptions in real words This is not an classified ad in the newspaper anymore It is also unclear using the app who the realtors who are offering the property I see usually just last names with no phone numbers Contact information maybe located elsewhere but why make a perspective buyer hunt for information For pluses the map and photo sections are much improved These were easy to navigate for a novice like me                 Some pluses a few minuses DJ4501
