Completely love the app and how easy it is too use either with buyers or sellers The only issue I seem to have is that when I save a seller closing cost template it stays in the app until I close out the app Once I open the app again all my saved closing costs entries are gone                 Great App Except For One Issue REbyRC

I LOVE PalmAgent but version 3 0 is riddled with problems There are so many glaringly obvious errors in the numbers that I don t trust a single net sheet I create Should have stuck with version 2 0 until they worked the bugs out There was nothing wrong with 2 0 in my opinion The next version should at least be as reliable as its predecessor I hope they get the bugs worked out quickly     2 0 WORKED 3 0 BUGGED OUT Daxonthatrax
