I chose the app because they we offering a 25 discount when booking on the app Unfortunately I couldn t ever use it because they don t have Dec 31 2017 on the calendar They are MISSING the last day of the year My issues only got more frustrating from there Tried sending a support email but the boxes they wanted me to fill out were not there so I couldn t submit it Also you can send one without having made a reservation first Next I called but they don t have an extension for multiple bookings so I was transferred They don t have a tech support line so I can t even tell anyone about my booking frustrations I ended up booking online but the don t have a promo code box to enter my promo code so i had to call the get a credit Probably won t use them in the future     App needs a LOT of bugs fixes and website needs a promo box stewpadaso

Found a low price for a room and tried to book Had to enter my booking and reservation information like billing address and CC number should access wallet that would be easiest only to find the rate was unavailable I found another deal and tried to book so I had to re enter all my information only to find that rate was unavailable Found a third deal and had to enter all the same info again to not get the quoted rate         Terrible terrible Cdavidc970

The app showed a great rate I went through all the booking steps and on the final step it said the price went up more than 50 I did the whole process a second time and it did the same thing I called customer support and he quoted me the low price a third time and then when we booked he said the price was higher I will not be using this app again     Bait and switch XnGamer
