Krispy Kreme Hot Light

App works as described It would be nice to have a time feature that tells you how much longer the hot sign will be on              So far so good

When they updated the app to change the background from green to red it makes it very hard to tell when the hot light is on It seems like they want people to go to the store even when the light is off     Update makes app hard to use and misleading

New app upgrade is awful Red light not accurate cannot adjust settings and notification frequency Bring back old app as I am deleting     Horrible upgrade

Well this used to be a helpful app Now they have updated it so that you cant see whether the hot light is on at any location other than the one closest to you Why would they do this Maybe if customers know that the hot light is off it hurts business     Does not work

This version lost the ability to search for local stores It only shows you the store it wants to show you Now I have to go online to check for my local shops hot light        Where are all the other local shops

I love the new rewards but it would be great if you could add the rewards card to the passbook and wallet app                 Passbook and wallet

Hate this update as it renders app useless without location services Since there is only one store in my vicinity there is no need for the app to know my location even when running in the background and draining my battery Overall difficult to use and cant even tell if hot light is on     Bring back OLD VERSION

I cant even see the hot sign so I dont know when the sign is on maybe its my phone but my friends have the same problem     Hot sign

It only works on the 50 states It has coverage on the other KK locations like Puerto Rico Sad Sad Sad     Sad day

None of the Krispy Kreme employees at any location Ive been to know how to use it as a form of payment making the money I added to it totally worthless     App works but

The old app was better and showed the new location Wesley Chapel This version has limits and does not show new location Wesley Chapel     Broken

This app used to be very helpful allowing you to check multiple locations Now it only shows the hot sign status of the location closest to you Even worse the hot sign on indication is almost indistinguishable from the noton indication further reducing its usefulness The latest incarnation only serves as a means for a store location to spam you with crap notifications Dont waste your time on this app     Used To Be Good

The old version was just about perfect The new version constantly uses location in the background wont let you select a store to see the hot light status and has so many other issues Just put it back the way it was if you cant get it right with this version     Please bring back the old version

It may be a training issue I have had about a 30 success getting the rewards points to scan I load 1000 on the account to see how it would work I would not try this again without major improvements It usually does not work and when it did it took multiple attempts and several minutes        Out of the oven too early

Just updated this app am not happy about it The app keeps automatically choosing a shop that is not closest to me and I cant set the closer shop as my shop Im also not happy about not being able to search for that particular shop and viewing whether or not the Hot Light is on Another example of fixing something that wasnt broken just because they could RIDIC        Update gone wrong

I was super excited when I first found this app because I love Krispy Kreme and my nearest store is a little out of my way so it would be great to know in advance if the hot light is on so I could decide to make the trip or not Sadly after several attempts I was repeatedly disappointed to find that even though the app indicated that the hot light was on I arrived at the store to find that it was not and had not even recently been on Im not sure if the app is just on a timer or what but it doesnt seem to correspond with the actual hot light In my opinion the app is worthless because this is basically the only function Great idea too bad it doesnt actually do what it claims to do     Lame

This app almost always shows the light on at my local Krispy Kreme Before I realized this I wasted a few trips out to the store only to see the light was not on even though the app still showed it on More of a disappointing irritant than helpful app Might consider trying in the future if they can make it work properly     Love the idea but doesnt seem to work

The first version of the app made me a regular krispy kreme customer This version makes me go back to my local fresh donuts I prefer hot Krispy Kreme to any kind of donutbut the only place in San Diego that serves it is 18 miles away The old app let me know when the donuts are hot and more often than not if Im running an errand I am willing to take the 36 mile detour But this new version only tells me the hot light for my local Krispy Kreme that NEVER has hot donuts What kind of idiots did Krispy Kreme hire to redesign this app and make it completely irrelevant They should be fired     This app became useless

When you click on the store you want it should list the items available there Each shop has different varieties and there is no way to find out which kind until you get there Plus other products that arent available everywhere Change the background color on the hot light too           Improvements

I loaded money to my app my credit card was charged the app shows I have money available however no one at the store can get it to work     Money loaded to card cant be used

It kept giving me the wrong location Im literally standing in the store and i downloaded the app and it gave me a location in a different state     Its not even worth 1 star

The whole point of this app is to let you know when the hot light is on at your local Krispy Kreme Unfortunately there is no actual data link between what the app presents and your local Krispy Kreme store instead it relies on a database of what times of day the local store typically is making donuts That makes it completely useless as it forces you to go back to calling the store and asking obviating the need for the app so you might as well just use Maps to find the store and save storage space on your phone     App lies about hot light status

This is my favorite app its fast and has every flavor Also my fave donut place                 I love it my fave app

We love KK so It hurts me to say anything negative as I grew up in North Carolina and went to KK a lot but this app is horrible It takes forever to open if it opens at all and I like the green version as it was easier to see the hot light sign SS     App wont open or takes forever

The hours and phone is useful but you dont need a separate app for this Only good feature is the hot sign but it is terribly inaccurate Useless app     Terrible Hot light does not even come close to accurate
