Teaching 150 first graders Kodable in STEM class I would sign up for Kodable class again                 Loving it

My son has been using Kodable for a few months now and the latest version has addressed all of the issues we were having with it Really useful                 Great little app

Just returned home from the CMS training and receiving an introduction to Kodable ant the associated features I opened the app and placed the iPad in the lap of my 5 year old In 10 minutes he is up to level 9 He grasped it with the Kodable visual introduction and in no time was shouting oh yeah I won I won He continued to play the app and we have definitely enjoyed watching him maintain his excitement moving up in the Kodable lessons Thanks J G                 Awesome for Learning Code

I couldnt complete the loop level because of bugs Maybe too realistic of a programming experience           Buggy

Im a professional software engineer introducing my four and five year old boys to coding I tried a few other apps and websites but none of them could be done without reading My older son can read but is impatient and wont slog through four or five sentences of instruction With this app I set it in front of him and only watched I didnt need to help him until it came to setting loop counters                 Coding before reading

A great idea beautifully executed I wanted to learn things before introducing it to my granddaughter but got stuck somewhere around 23 Customer support very quickly got back to me Operator Error or maybe the problem was that I understand hopscotch refer to review a few below                 Wonderful

This is genius An engaging and fun way for kids to learn to code Whether being a computer programmer is your childs dream or not the skills kids pick up during play are valuable and apply to all lifes lessons I highly recommend this fun app Awesomesauce Sequence Conditions and Loops never seemed so easy to learn and apply                 Genius Introducing how to be a Computer Programmer is Super Fun

Just updated and the new version crashes unlike previous one Boo Also why is it so huge 133 MEGABYTES what are you smoking It could be 50 times smaller did you write it in COBOL        Crashes

After trying the free version on our first generation iPads I was convinced that we needed to invest in the paid version for two more classes It is great to have the extra tracking info advanced levels and additional resource assists Kudos to Kodable their support staff and allowing for iOS 511 within the regularfirst Kodable                 Kudos to Kodable

This is an incredible app Yes it is a great way to teach kids coding but it really is much more It teaches them to think logically and systematically It teaches them to problem solve These are the core skills to troubleshooting too I work with too many adults who cant troubleshoot basic computer issues because they are digital immigrants and arent techy The real issue is they dont apply these core thinking skills to the problem Most tech problems I help people with are not solved with technical thinking just thinking This app teaches those skills to kids and adults                 Awesome

Its so cool how it actually reward you for learning I dont have any other games like this on my whole iPad And I have a lot of games                 Love It

My students loved the Hour of Code so much they are still writing code It has started these first graders onto critical thinking and problem solving They are coaching each other too Sometimes we work together using a doc camera to display on the whiteboard They are quite motivated to read the big numbers you chose for points                 Excellent

Programming for preschoolers Wants not to like I tried hopscotch for my first grade nephew but he didnt get it I think he will enjoy this                 An adorable idea and execution

My son and I both enjoy playing Kodable I like that we each have our own profile and my son enjoys collecting the different characters Its fun easy to understand and slowly bridges to more complex problems I would have given 5 stars but the app wont even open now without immediately crashing When it would open my only issue was that the game doesnt remember where your profile was last You have to go into the levels list to select the appropriate level With a few tweaks this could be a really great app           Great but Buggy

Lots of fantastic levels and variations in challenges The beginning feels a little preachy as it explains how to use everything but once you get into the game it moves smoothly It lets you create multiple player names which is crucial for a game this deep and allows separate adult play This game is suitable for prereaders if they are ready for the logical thinking side it does not rely on text I look forward to introducing kids to this game as its well polished and carefully leveled for gradual understanding It has a lot of advanced levels which is awesome for kids who really stick with it Im an experienced software dev and found the advanced levels a fun puzzle to think through and squashing bugs in the debug level was very satisfying                 Fantastic playful addictive great foundation for coding

Great concept for getting kids into programming but after the latest update it just crashes So disappointing     Would be good if not buggy

Since I installed the new version the app does not open anymore It just opens the splash screen for half a second and then crashes I reinstalled the app but same thing happens Could you please fix this                 We love this game but the version crashes

I had the free version and as soon as my kids 6 and 8 finished it I upgraded There is one problem with ityou cant drag the loopersas my daughter named them without the contents getting deleted I find this annoying and my kids find it very frustrating They put work into it and then suddenly its just gone Overall a great teaching gamet but this really needs to get fixed After upgrading there were another two levels functions and bugs But that was it Needs more levels              Kids are learning to love it

Kodable is the best app to start elementary students on the way to coding Developers very creative with characters that students love Excellent practice with logical thinking                 Excellent app for Logical Thinking

The Kodable App is truly amazing I teach at a STEM School where my students have fallen in love with with this app I jus love the fact that they are working on CCSS Math skills and having a blast at the same time What a great way to make learning fun                 For the Love of Coding
