A knitter s best friend. Your notes and chart positions (even repeats) are easily tied to the nice big counter. Your Ravelry projects page stay up to date effortlessly, since Knitamus automatically creates your new ...
As a relatively new knitter tackling a complex multi piece pattern as my third project ever Knitamus has been fantastic I love the integration with Ravely                     Knitamus has made learning to knit easier SaltyWren
I used to love this app and constantly recommended it to knitting friends It used to work beautifully Now since the last update it s buggy laggy and constantly crashes I was 10 rows into a complex cable pattern and when I hit the counter to move to row 11 it instead wiped my project clean and reset my counter to zero I set the whole project up again reset the first 10 rows of the repeat and once again I advanced to row 11 and the project was wiped Pretty upset that I paid for an app that s now almost entirely useless It works sometimes but it s like playing knitting roulette         Latest update completely broke it Bellybionic
Doesn t work like advertising Not sure how it works at all     Waste if money Pansregnig
While it is nice to view multiple pages of a pattern at one time I wish I could still decrease the row counter and display the corresponding page I know it seems like a small thing but if I frog a project I don t want to have to set up the pattern all over again Notification about the change in subscription options would have been nice I m now halfway through a 20 annual subscription to an app that now costs 10 I know there s upcoming features but I may not be interested in any of these features and I don t have any idea if these new features for those with subscriptions will even be available after the subscription expires I want to love this app because I thought it was really amazing when I purchased and now it s lost a lot of its glitter and has left frustration in its wake             I used to love this app myname48102
I just started my new project with this program on my phone The sweater has different side patterns and a major cable section in the middle plus there are different row repeats as well as increases to account for This is SO EASY in this app and so HELPFUL Has already saved me a few times You do need to figure out how to use the app but once you have it is totally worth it                     Knitamus HELPS Nancy Kaye
This app is an amazing tool in a subtle package It really begins to show off it s usefulness when you use it to knit a multi piece project like a sweater where there are often multiple things going on like neck and arm shaping at the same time or color changes and bust shaping The repeating notes make it simple to turn repeat increase row every 5th row 8 times into a note that will remind you at the appropriate time The chart tracking will notice when you go back to the beginning of a repeated chart and will adjust it s position automatically on subsequent repeats I highly suggest that you check out the intro videos on the developers site to see all the neat little features included Updated to add The latest version adds the ability to track 2 charts at once helping with that complex lace or just giving access to your symbol key So handy                     Really Shines with complex projects RachaelWorthington
I m keeping track of my progress as I learn to knit I ve imported a pattern for the future but for now I m using the excellent photos tracking Have had no usage problems Very easy to use                     Great for my beginner project theevanshow
I have used a couple of different knitting apps including knit companion and I do like this one especially the way it syncs to Ravelry I do not like the subscription model which is why I only gave this four stars I appreciate the work that goes into developing an app like this and the knitter specific thought that went into things like highlighting lines on patterns but for the same 20 I just spent for the year I also have purchased notability where I can do nearly everything that this app does except for syncing to Rav Other users have reported this to be non intuitive but I didn t find that to be the case It worked fine for me and it was really helpful for the projects I ve used it for                 Could be better esp for the price DanaKBS
This app has SO much potential and it fails SPECTACULARLY I can t believe the developer dares ask money for a subscription because the app takes so much time and work Well if you re spending all of this time maybe you could make the app WORK I m a tech savvy person and I could not makes sense of this disaster of an interface Why not make it a step by step process For example 1 import pattern 2 open set up for that pattern 3 select 0 and enter of cast on and select line on pattern to highlight 4 select Save app automatically returns to page to select the next row to detail 5 select Row X through Row X 6 select line on pattern to highlight repeat for all desired rows rounds None of this sounds good nonsense As it stands I select the row round and my previously save image with pinned highlight doesn t appear Then maybe I tap to increase the row and it will show the right image highlight but the row round doesn t match There are WAY too many moving parts that don t sync correctly I can t say enough bad things about this app simply because I am SO disappointed that a great idea was a COMPLETE and UTTER design FAIL Please take the money you re stealing for subscriptions and hire an actual designer     Least user friendly app EVER MADE INFURIATING Yellowpantstime
Love this app Really helpful for keeping track of my rows It syncs with my Dropbox and Ravelry so I can use it on whatever device is handy and it learns how much to advance a row so when I add a row to my counter the PDF bar moves for me in my repeat section It also keeps track of how many repeats I ve done and calculates how many rows that ends up being Super smart and helpful                     It learns Niamh5
I feel that it s rather stupid to have to purchase a subscription to be able to delete a project Before I knew that I allowed it to link with my Ravelry and put a badge on my profile very dumb move of me it loaded a couple of my WIPs on the app but I didn t want all of them so I tried to delete one and learned the hard way that they want money before you can remove unwanted projects So I deleted the app from my iPod but now I m stuck with a badge of an app I m not going to use on my Ravelry profile Very disappointed     Very frustrating app DeniesReality
Struggled to get a pdf imported and then couldn t even see it I guess the gianormous counter button on my iPad is useful     Seems too hard Marknitz
Easy to use with an intuitive setup Great for managing large and small charts keeping track of extra row notes and keeping Ravelry up to date I love the big row counter button                     Intuitive charting tool tigers68
I love this program I used to used post it notes to keep track of my rows and they would fall off and I would have to study my knit tows to figure out where I was Knitamus keeps track of my rows highlights them to make it easier to read and I can type in notes Love being able to import my Ravelry and Dropbox patterns and to take a picture of a chart and upload it It s a wonderful knitters program And if I forget my ipad I can check pattern on my iPhone                     Love it KnittinDeb
I use Knitamus all the time It is the answer to all of my knitting needs Great interaction with Ravelry Dropbox etc Perfect for wrangling those pesky charts Couldn t be without this one                     Great knitting app debbistone
I didn t spend much time exploring the functionality of this app because it lacks one basic vital feature it doesn t have landscape mode I can t for the life of me figure out why the dev wouldn t include such an important feature in an app like this and then expect customers to pay an ANNUAL fee Pretty terrible     Missing one crucial feature lmoore11

Im a new knitter tackling some tricky patterns for my skill level Knitamus has made keeping track of where I am in my multiple page pattern simultaneously on both my phone and iPad a snap I love the Ravelry integration that lets me post photos and progress reports to my Ravely page from right inside the app I upgraded to the subscription and it has been totally worth the money Love this app                 Knitamus has made learning to knit easier
