If this the real radio station feed they cant have many listeners The ads are TOO much Disappointing to say the least     90 ads 10 Giants

If I could give negative stars for this mess I would I am shocked that KNBR would put their name on this disaster It is ugly inconsistent impossible to find the simple live stream and did I say ugly The original was far superior though the ads were enough to get me to invest in a 10 AM radio     An unbelievable ugly incoherent mess

The biggest thing for me is that when I pull out my headphones from the jack the audio still continues on my phones speakers Pretty much every other audio based app would pause until started again This causes some semi embarrassing moments for me like when my headphones get caught on something and come out when Im in a quiet space Also why not have the option to stream 1050 I cant be the only one who wants access to it This new update did nothing to fix the headphone thing It also screwed up the podcasts It used to be you could download a podcast now that function seems to be glitching Also I used to love downloading the Giants game recaps and post game wraps under the podcast section I cant find them anymore        Getting worse

So the update made the alarm clock feature useless I guess it is time to find something else     Update made app useless

I used to listen to the 49ers segments Tom Tolbert etc on iTunes podcast That worked great This new app worked one day I was able to download the segment I wanted and listen to it while walking later Today nothing It just sits there spinning     Was better via iTunes podcasts

One of the least useful apps possible Last year one could hear the postgame Giants show Now random podcasts Podcasts are not updated On a cant find a real local broadcast in real time So the canned junk from CBS tersely works local sports broadcasts dont work and podcast updates are random Dont waste your time with this Like the sound board on the early morning show Broken     Incompetent

Just downloaded new app to listen I keep pressing the start arrow button and nothing happens I can listen to the podcasts but not the live broadcast What am I missing     New KNBR app Streaming live

I gave up on the app after 6 straight minutes of ads unrelieved by content     If you love ads 5 starrs

I downloaded the app to listen to the giants game guess you cant do that with this app     This should be called the advertisement app

I try to keep up with Kruik and Kuip at 740 and also arrive at the office just before that time So I switch from car radio to app and after 1 million ads the show starts And Inevitably after a could of minutes I lose the feed It just doesnt work well     Drops feed frequently

I downloaded the KNBR app to listen live The app was difficult to navigate and as other reviewers stated all I could get were preprogrammed ads The live radio content would rarely play Perhaps this was a bandwidth problem which prevented the switch to the live feed Whatever it is the app simply does not work For what its worth the website isnt much better     Does Not Work

Just downloaded this app and have been listening for almost 30 minutes and its only been ads     95 commercials

Im obviously a KNBR fan and I dont mind listening to the commercials that take place during the radio shows I dont even mind an extra commercial for the privilege of listening via smartphone BUT what is absolutely intolerable is being subjected to an on screen commercial when the app launches THEN several audio commercials That can last five minutes or more before I give up and close the app Terrible If you dont find value in those of us that listen via smartphone just dont provide the app     Too many commercials

Cant listen to giants broadcast and the app completely crashes when i try to download The only bright side is that its the only option to listen to the Giants podcast on your mobile device still its needs simple but necessary improvements     Poor App

Literally identical experience to listening to KNBR on iHeartRadio This app advertises that it set itself apart by offering local deals through the app Ive had this app since almost the beginning and unless Im missing something there are no local deals on this app Can you stop advertising this as a feature if its not there Thanks Nothing particularly special about this app except that you have access to KNBR podcasts           UmmKey Feature Missing

Dear KNBR You are a sports centric station Thats what you do I would like to listen to the guys do the post game wrap for Giants Baseball Or Marty Lurie Why on earth do I want to listen to non relevant pod casts and old crap What you deliver on this ap is crap You need to stream your actual real time content on this ap just like you do online How hard a concept is that Block the game content I get it But other than that deliver your normal on air content Not a difficult concept     This Ap delivers Krap

KNBR already has a lot of ads This app in addition played minutes worth of ads on startup before jumping into the actual stream Why Why are you punishing internet listeners     Greedy or just dumb

This was my first review First watch my ad before reading my review Now listen to another ad while the content loads another ad Now you have content Whoops Closed the app by accident No problem More ads Ah Finally Content Whew Oh yeah KNBR has ads too Lots of em Sigh Yet I still use this app Why Because Im a sports addict And they know it Now for a followup review yay They removed the stupid extra video that would start up with the app which forced me to hang for several seconds so I can hit the X so I can get the radio station to play and let me go about my business Hallelujah           Ads on ads on adswait Not so fast

I started live listening in the 6th inning A few pre run ads is fine but the game was OVER before any content from the game actually played All commercials for 37 minutes THREE INNINGS LATER the game was over I missed everything An utter embarrassment for the content provider Immediately deleting Utter Waste Of time     37 minutes straight of ads

Well they brag about being able to listen to the stations podcasts on the app but it doesnt do us much good if they arent actually uploaded to the app The last few days Ive been looking in the app for Giantsrelated podcasts but they just arent there Lo and behold if I go to the KNBR website they are right there on the front page Somebody is dropping the ball Actually it would be good if the whole folders thing in the podcast area was eliminated Much too complicated Just have the podcasts in a scrollable list with the most recent at the top That a babe Oh and I have the same problem that someone else mentioned about the app crashing when I delete a podcast        Where Are The Podcasts

I use this app strictly for listening to the radio shows on KNBR during the day Unless youre paying for MLB at Bat you are not going to be able to listen to Giants games I like how this app is more synced to live broadcast than I heart radio Plus it has links to podcast as well Great app                 Cant blame KNBR for MLB Policies

Just upgraded my phone and downloaded the current KNBR app Simply horrible Im defaulted to podcasts when it opens up Have at least three selections to make before launching the live radio feed Just let me login and hear the radio broadcast please Make everything else secondary OK been using the app for several weeks now Its truly awful It should land the user on the current broadcast page once loaded If the user wants to listen to recorded podcasts the bottom nab should take them to those archives Youre trying to do too much on the landing screen Think about your morning and afternoon commute users We cant press and scroll a bunch of buttons to get to the live broadcast And your popup ads are NOT appreciated What am I supposed to do with these while driving 50 mph in traffic        Worst App on myiPhone

Hey guys I know this app isnt for listening to Giants games I just wanted to take this chance to let you know how annoying I find your ads and how you always cross the line with the exceedingly mindnumbingly low contenttoad ratio on your station Ive got to hand it to youyouve figured out what the maximum amount of ads a person can take per hour before their brain turns to goo isand you play ads at 999 that level Cheers to you and your greedy ways and I hope one day we can pay to remove ads on radio just like we can on apps so that the days of more ads less talk can finally be laid to rest     Knbr ads ads and more ads

I added this app to my phone to listen to the Giants game It was 100 all commercials After 15 minutes of hearing only commercials I gave up Not too slick Bad design     All Commercials

I remember this app used to be Ad free so it is just cluttered with them I seriously listened to 5 minutes worth of repeated ads Where is the actual show or game Ive been wanting to hear Having moved to NY all I want is to listen to my favorite sports station while Im driving but this app is becoming more annoying and makes me change it to something else Might have to look for something else now        Sooooo many Ads
