This app looks really great My kids enjoy it and I especially like that I can share their progress with the grandparents              Great app

Works well and easy enough to use My daughter likes that she has something similar to my FitBit She is excited to check her score each night Ive noticed her moving more to make sure she hits 100 pts It would be nice if the results synced across multiple devices                 Fun and easy to use

The app did a good job of walking me through the setup process I like the simple interface that shows the progress each day Custom goals is a welcome update because I can create goals that can be completed easier for my son                 Fun app

I got 2 wristbands for my boys ages 7 and 4 and very easily set them up with the app Im not terrible with technology but not the best either I found this app MUCH easier to set up than my own FitBit app Once synced my kids were wearing them playing and CONSTANTLY checking in to see what their score wasabsolutely wonderful customer service as well I had to email them re an issue that turned out to be my own fault of incorrectly reading the instructions whoops and they responded almost immediately I definitely recommend these wristbands and app for families trying to stay conscious of their childrens physical activity andor help guide their children to a healthier lifestyle in a fun way                 Easy to use Encouraging for kids

I would have given it 0 stars The device caused my son to get a rash and the company will not honor their warranty Dont buy from them     Horrible device

Doesnt work cannot even get the app to open to create an account Horrible customer service Not even sure they have anyone to answer calls I must have called a dozen times and all I get is an email and they cant even understand what my problem is     Horrible

My daughter never gets a score despite syncing Graphs overlap each other so you cant tell which one is sleep or a score Steps counted appears to be cumulative instead of per day You cant set a step goal but rather only low med or high activity level Wasted purchase     Doesnt function well app is terrible

Our Kidfit was working great The app fantastic Then they updated it We lost everything My daughter has been closely tracking all her information and it is now all gone For a company making a kid product they really didnt think this through           Worst update ever

We initially had difficulties getting this device to sync to the app Tap on the childs name and go to the today screen sync from there It also does not work with an ipad2 Kimberly from tech support answered multiple emails over the weekend and even called so that we could get the device working My daughter loves this device so far              Great support service

A useless trashy tracker Waste of MONEY     Unsyncable

I can finally setup custom goals for my son He was too excited with the band and it was getting too easy seeing perfect score everyday Now we set higher goals and it motivates and encourage him further Great little product                 Great updates

It crashes when I try to adjust the information for my sons age and weight Please fix Its a nice idea and I want to like it and it to work but I cant Theres no option to change or update parents email address The app does not look like the moving sample model on website and does not show adequate information like the sample on the website shows It says my son slept for 23 hours after a 3 hour nap and we made sure to wake up the kidfit after he woke up The steps are not accurate because it seems to miss a lot of my sons activity He will be running around and I will sync his kidfit and look at the app and it still says the same number We even tried to start over twice going on three times with the device but restarting the kidfit and deleting the wristband and starting off fresh and new but its the same issues I have contacted support and they have been very prompt in returning my emails very quickly but they arent sure what the issues are and told me a new version has just been issued and to make sure is was version 304 But thats about all They told be they would contact the LA office and see what they say     Crashes

My kids love their KidFits Unfortunately the app is not currently functioning correctly Despite activity my daughters score does not rise I hope the app updates soon It is a real motivator for them to be active           App needs an update
