UPDATED app has been completely redesigned and is great Definitely holds up to the expectations you would have after seeing how amazing their web interface is These guys really know how to do right Old version You know I m actually shocked that this app is as terrible as it is This company offers a GREAT and unique and competitive product I have used at least 4 other services for my scheduling and job management and this is by far the best But as soon as I saw the app I was shocked It is so terribly put together things aren t linked together you can t filter the jobs by technician you can t delete items in quotes or invoices last I checked Not customizable terrible menus I just don t understand why it is so poorly designed They need to do a complete revamp of the app changing everything Luckily they have a mobile WEB version for mobile devices or I would never use this service But don t let the app keep you away from their product The online version is amazing So many features and options and very well put together Just hopefully they get a new app designer ASAP                     Has come a long way since the start Nicholasaustin

After adding app to QuickBooks I downloaded and logged in on the iPad it Will not let you create invoice or do anything at all useless app     Will not let you create invoice useless app All seasons pumps

I have been using Kickserv for over 2 1 2 years Their product is great and continues to improve I use both their desktop site and their mobile site to schedule my technician s jobs It s very helpful I like how I can dispatch my guys via text message Occasionally I will check in to see if the app has improved It s not even close to the functionality of their mobile site Not sure why they even have it     Kickserv is great This app is disappointing Their mobile site is way better Texas Waterboy

Not sure if they even tested this out in the field but this app is terrible and lacks any functions that would make any field work possible to charge or even generate a invoice     Horrible app Toeknee956

I would be ashamed to put out a product like this Use it at your peril It works 100 inconsistently after week one So many key features missing for a field professional There is no ability to create an invoice without cell phone service If you make ANY mistake on an invoice you cannot fix it without calling the office to correct it No edits can be made to any data within the app once entered Is this a joke Perfectly useless     POS Cmg5127

As a Kickserv user for almost 2 years one item has long been the realignment of the mobile app Though Kickserv s responsive website provided functional capability the ability to mine job essential data on the mobile app was challenging On a first pass of the new mobile app I can attest that the functionality and presentation of key job data is presented in an easy to use and simple interface The ability to sort and view on a mobile device was key for us and it looks like those challenges were overcome with the revised app and GUI Great job Kickserv staff For note function request to not only call from app but at the end of the call bring up the notes section for the client or job would be nice                 A Step Ahead torresus

I have literally been searching 4 years for a good piece of software to assist with the roofing company I own less than 20 employees I ve spent thousands on setup fees and months payments to specialty software companies and none of them are as good as this system I really appreciate the software and look forward to using it for quite some time                     Excellent Reed Murray
