I placed an order a while ago and got a notice that there was an error with my order but I have to contact kicksend to find out what is wrong I emailed the company four days ago and have yet to hear any thing Also my payment for the order all ready went through so getting my money back is probably out of the question Still waiting for my order

Ordered my prints about a month ago Still have not received them sent numerous emails and voicemails and no response back Wasted 30 Get the other kicksend app were you can send it to your local Walmart cvs rite aid ect Thats works amazing So disappointed I have ordered prints from kicksend before and it was fine but this time I will never do it again Went to cvs and spent 5 on my prints Horrible

I hate to write bad reviews but felt it necessary After waiting for 6 weeks for my prints along with back and forth correspondence that met with no resolution as to why my prints werent being processed and mailed I decided to just delete the order and app and go with another Hope to have better service and results with them Terrible Service
i live in cali and i love that i can print and send my instagram pictures for my boyfriend in nyc its so easy my boyfriend got the pictures in four days and he was so happy customer service is great too and they check up on you to make sure youre satisfied how cool is that so good
Rather than sitting on my phone doing nothing my iPhone photos are now sitting at my parents and inlaws kitchen tables in beautiful prints Thanks Kicksend Awesome to print iPhone photos and mailed home
