This app would be great if it worked The concept is stellar but that fails to scan keys I have tried multiple eligible keys and none of them have scanned in successfully so I havent even gotten to the part to tell whether or not the keys that are cut even work Do not waste your time until they do some serious work on this app        Trash app with nice gui

Got my keys in 3 days and they all worked Will pass this app along to my friends and family                 Cool stuff

I have a Honda accord they have made me two perfect copies for less then the price of one car key at the dealer near me Love KeyMe keep up the good work                 Car keys

I dont leave a lot of app reviews but Keyme wowed me like few other companies have First the usability of the app is just great the kiosks are super convenient and the storage of key information in case of lock outs is just brilliant But the customer service is where this goes to another level I was a bonehead and lost keys I needed asap and they bent so far over backwards to help me get the keys a chiropractor will be need to come on staff I was really floored Anyway I couldnt be happier with Keyme Will use again and again                 Fantastic Service Great Company

No key no update Promised a key no key Called told oh yeah we cancelled your order Asked if that was supposed to come to be in a dream UNRELIABLE Unprofessional     No key ever arrived

I downloaded this app thinking it would be a long shot that it would actually solve my problem but it DID Cheap and within 4 days I had a new working key                 Spot on

Of the keys I use seven out of eleven are not supported key types Instead of 85 of keys compatible with service I am find thirtyfive percent of my keys can match Doesnt cover auto mailbox sentrysafe and some door locks There is a guy on eBay that has a business just selling replacements for any Sentry brand key hint hint           Not enough key types supported

Cant get this apps location service to stay on I click always but then return to nothing Waste of time     Location service fail

First of all this is a new app that nobody has thought of It prevents the expensive prices of getting a locksmith which charge a lot of money 100 or so to replace the lock for a lock that costs 14 of the price For instance I was putting my key in my door on a cold winter day when the key snapped So I called a locksmith and after waiting an hour he showed up and charged me roughly 200 and then I had to get a new key anyways This app eliminated both the amount of time and price it takes to get into my house After using this app I have gotten my keys within 10 minutes by going to a kiosk Your an idiot if you ever call a locksmith again                 Absolutely astonishing

App didnt support any of my keys including standard Kwikset and Schlage types Support said this is a known issue and to remove reinstall and try again Still no luck They should have tested the app before releasing it     Doesnt support any keys known bug

I needed to make an extra key but didnt have time to run to a hardware store because I was getting ready to head out of town and so I found this app and gave it a try I found the app very simple to use and in just a minute or two my key was scanned and order placed When I got back home a few days later the key was delivered and worked perfectlythis was very convenient I liked the design options as well Nice                 Cool way to get keys

Doesnt actually do anything aside from taking pictures of your keys telling you theyre incompatible and showing you a map of kiosks in NYC     Pointless

The idea is cool i like the idea but it just it dont work for me     I dont like it

I got a new door knob and I needed an extra key so I downloaded the app Very easy to use and user friendly I ordered 3 just because how cool most of the keys are I emailed them 5 days later to see where my keys were and they had fully refunded my money because it took longer than expected AND sent me another 3 just for the inconvenience Wow Thats very awesome of them I will definitely be using them for now on just because how good their customer service is A                 Awesome Company

Used this app to order keys several times Has worked for me Pretty easy way to get copies I would recommend                 Worked great for me

This app doesnt even function properly It does a force close EVERY TIME you try to scan a key It doesnt even show the camera footage only a blank screen Impossible to use properly     Horrible App

It appears there are no locksmiths or kiosks in my area and that mail is my only option Sad because Im in Los Angeles the second most populated city in the United States     No locksmiths or kiosks in my area

Love the app service in general would like to see Apple Pay and Touch ID integrated however Also native screen res for iPhone 6           Needs updating

I scanned my mail box key and ordered a duplicate It worked perfectly I then needed duplicates of 4 different padlock keys None of them worked        Not too dependable

I noticed that this company had a yellow kiosk at a Bed Bath and Beyond store I frequented with my girl And so I decided to use the one up the block at 7Eleven The key making process is hassle free and comes out in minutes This at a cheap price for a priceless peace of mind I was so impressed that I decided to download the app and have a handful of copies made for me and my girlfriend There are endless designs but the one bottle opener key pays for itself ten times over I bought her a pink one and a neat leaf key which she loves Cant recommend KeyMe enough                 Lurves it

This app is fantastic I have not had any of my keys printed at a kiosk yet but i have them all uploaded to the app just in case Easy to use app that serves an amazing purpose                 Amazing concept brought to life

I dont know who dreamed up this incredible technology but they are certainly geniuses The App is simple and easy but if you need high tech chipped car keys just find one of their kiosks I stumbled upon one at a Bed Bath Beyond lobby inserted my Subaru key it told my 5995 Programmed mailed to my house in like 34 days Swiped my credit card low behold they emailed receipt sent USPS tracking number with 1 day priority shipping Arrived on schedule AND works perfectly WOW Cant say enough positive about Key Me Try it yourself                 Key Me is Awesome

OMG Clark Howard did a news segment about this mobile app I want to be wrong but this could be the next date rape drug or tool in the arsenal of a thief Reading the FAQ KeyMe should only be used for keys that you have the full rights to duplicate Like this is going to turn away anyone with bad intentions Technology is great sometimes it steps over the line This app at first glance seems like a great thing Until it makes the top story on the evening news This app solves lockouts for the wrong people it could get someone hurt raped or killed     Solves lockouts for the wrong people

Exceeded expectations I had been trying to copy my mailbox key for over a year now Home Depot copied twice but the copies didnt work No luck at ACE either They ultimately said that my key is some special version they do not carry Went to my condo association and they said contact USPS Went to USPS and they said they cant copy and that I have to fill out a form arrange a locksmith arrange USPS to meet me and the locksmith at the mailbox and change the lock Then I found KeyMe and was able to get the elusive working copy for a great cheap price from home on the first try and within a week                 Great experience

What a brilliant service took a pic of a bathroom key I needed copied Didnt even have to leave my desk it was duplicated and mailed to me in a few days for as much and maybe less than a local key cutter would charge And it actually works smoother than the original key Bravo                 Excellent easy cheap key copies

App Claims 85 of keys are in database I have scanned over a dozen very common keys and 2 odd ball keys Only two out of 15 keys scanned are available Dont waste your time Gave it 1star because thats the minimum Deserves zero stars     Zero Stars Junk app

I love this app So useful But Can you make it to where we can make copies of our car keys That would be awesome My mom goes to college and needs a extra car key but we cant order it on her           Make it so we can do copies of car keys

Flew home from a business trip only to find out I misplaced my house key Found this app and had my wife who was also out of town on a separate trip scan in a picture of our key to my user account After landing at the airport I took a taxi to the only kiosk in town which was located inside a grocery store to get my new key After the kiosk failed to work properly on multiple attempts I had to take another taxi to my house So now here I am sitting on my front porch at 100 AM writing this review while I wait for a local locksmith I called to show up Any amount of effort to assist from this guy will be more than I received by using this crap product Bottom line dont waste your timeeffortmoney or cell data to even download this app     ZERO STARS if that were possible

They couldnt even accept my key     Lame app

Ive tried this app almost every day several times a day for nearly a week and every time I go to scan it force closes I would love to be able to use this application Unfortunately it also doesnt provide me with any kiosk locations either Im pretty upset about being so disappointed by this application The only feature that works is the ability for it to constantly annoy me with login requests when I open the app Why cant you just stay logged in     Force close every scan attempt

Used this app to get keys made Received them in a timely manner and they worked perfectly Even got a cool design Now my keys are saved to the cloud in case I ever lose them which is likely to happen Awesome app                 Great app

The keys I received in the mail work 100 times better than keys Ive had copied in a hardware store                 Keys really work

Great service I used it already 4 times 1 of the key was mailed to me The others were made in kiosk at 711 in Manhattan And if you locked out they do a delivery of your key to you Great app Very convenient Now just need to get a spare car key And its also very cheap                 Great

Of course it was too good to be true Went to one Lowes and the machine wasnt working but its Lowes surely they can take the information and make it for you right Nope Unfortunately KeyMe lacked the foresight to actually work with retailers so that there is a backup for the machine If it were a grocery store whatever understandable but a hardware store with more than enough capacity to make keys alldaylong why isnt this in place Drive to another kiosk again at Lowes This time the machine appears to be at least responsive but nope doesnt work Just says please call 888whatever where of course no one picks up Do not rely on this app or these kiosks Luckily it was not an emergency for me simply a MAJOR inconvenience considering I drove 15 miles out of the way to get this key made If I were actually locked out this BS app would have exacerbated an already terrible predicament Pass on this one its all hype     Doesnt work dont rely on it

This worked so much better than trying to call a locksmith Its as simple as that                 Awesome app

It works like butter I am amazed by this service It is an incredibly convenient service so that I or any of my employees to have to waste time going out of the office to get a little key made                 The key mailed to me works like butter

Did it ever occur to u that a robber your friend or the owner of this app can duplicate ur keysA random person can take ur phone and simply launch this app and duplicate your keys     This puts your life at risk

After scanning my key I was notified that its not a supported type The web page says otherwise     Dont like

Some friends from out of town visited and instead of having to leave early to let them in they were able to go to the kiosk down the street from me and get their own keys What a great service                 No need to leave the office
