Was an amazing app that allowed users to shop multiple stores on one platform conveniently until the last update Now users cant buy using the app because the cart option is gone when you select an item Youre directed to the store website to buy the item individually Hopefully Keep undoes this horrible update     What happened

The best part of this app was the ability to buy things from multiple stores in one cart Now that the cart feature is gone this is cumbersome and annoying BRING BACK the prices and universal cart        Whats Up

Im a newbie to the app and love the variety and many choices that are available Its so convenient and easy to shop                 Easy and convenient

I absolutely adore this app but they really need to put the prices back on the products Such a huge inconvenience and waste of time and data when I have to go to the store site just to see a price              PUT THE PRICES BACK

I love to comparison shop so I use Keep constantly I collect tons of pretty items and then I come back later to buy when Ive made up my mind Much better than opening up a million tabs on my browser at once and I can do it all on my phone too                 Best way to shop hands down

App is basically useless when you cant see the prices I might as well just go to my favorite stores websites and their apps        No prices

Why did they change it from seeing prices and adding directly to cart within the app Why even have the app anymore its no longer unique Ill just use google     Changed

Actually I love browsing and buying on Keep Their customer service department is great very quick to respond and correct or advise on any matter The way they do their shipping may and I do say may be a bit higher but one can shop items from all over the world in one place pay one time be updated if their is any issue My only problem is that I spend too much time browsing everything              Super convenient

The whole original point of this app was that Keep served as the middleman where you could search in one place items from all different stores and youd be able to buy it all in one app and in one transaction Now that feature is gone so the app is completely useless Whats the difference between this app and Pinterest if it just takes you to the website now        Universal cart goneapp pointless now

I opened the app today and there were no visible prices beside the titles like there were before So now I have to open up the item on the stores website in order to view the actual prices I dont know if its just me or if this was a change that was made to the app but Id love to have the prices back Update The prices are back The only thing missing is the universal cart please bring it back                 Great App but No Prices

Ive spent many hours shopping through this app and enjoyed discovering things with it that I otherwise wouldve missed out on Unfortunately since the latest update the cart is now a useless feature and if you want to see the price of anything you have to actually go to that stores site and then purchase each item individually if you decide you want it Since the update the convenience is lost and Im just as well off browsing full sites Way to go Keep           Used to be a great app

For the past few days I have not been able to upload any of my products I emailed Keep but no response so far I tried re installing the app but nothing     Was loving it till now

I have received 1 of 3 products ordered and paid for The Keep Team is nonresponsive and there are no telephone numbers I am out over 100 A scam     Buyer Beware

I feel compelled to write a review after my experience with this company especially since they have no customer service and no one has responded to my many emails I used keep frequently and referred many friends to use it as well as I loved the keep wishlists Recently I placed an order that listed a price in my cart and then in the confirmation email I saw that I had been charged much more than what was listed when I placed the order I was shocked and really frustrated by this They charged my card an unauthorized amount Additionally I noticed I had been charged for shipping and the item should have been free shipping as Amazon lists it as free shipping I immediately emailed customer service and asked them to cancel the order I received a response late the next day after the order had supposedly shipped The response addressed none of my concerns and was simply another confirmation of my purchase Really unhappy with the customer service from this commonly and I will no longer shop from them     Extremely dissatisfied

This was an app that always stayed on my phone The new Keep keeps giving me a headache and Im trying to see the point of it now No prices arent visible unless you go to the specific site directly Seriously missing the way Keep was Did we get an email about this Was there warning What Is Up Bring back the Awesome Keep In this case change is not good        Sad

I love Keep It has great styles easy access to partnering websites and it is extremely easy to navigate within the app I am on it almost every day and have ordered several items that I have been very happy with              Great Shopping App

This is a unique app no doubt It is fun addictive and a great way to shop for a variety of things On the downside and there always is a downside Ive found many items to be mispriced which is always disappointing when I find something I really love This is revealed once transferred to the store site This leads directly to my second problem with the appoftentimes the store site simply wont open You get redirected but the page never loads This can be frustrating but is probably an easy fix Overall I enjoy this kind of windowshopping and the uniqueness of this app allowing a user to purchase such a variety of items from a pretty good variety of stores all at once is what keeps us coming back for more Thumbs up Update No universal cart Now you cant shop for a variety of items from a variety of stores and pay all in one transaction Simply stupid now May as well just go directly to the stores sites and shop What is the point of this app now Silly     Almost perfect
