Just installed the app For some reason the first thing I did is to go to Settings Clear Cache Just because I love setting things When you tap the Clear Cache button the spinner will start spinning and it will never stop All UI controls become unresponsive Have to force quit the app KCLS Great job with the testing iOS 9 3 5     Locks up when trying to clear cache nutella_98

Here s the work flow to find and download an audio book 1 Open app 2 Sign in 3 Search for audio book 4 Click on the desired result 5 Get transferred to web browser and kcls web page 6 Sign in again 7 Place a hold When the book becomes available 1 Open app 2 Navigate 3 pages deep to find the available book 3 Click the book to start the download 4 Get transferred to web browser and kcls web page 5 Sign in again 6 The page says book not available Ignore that 7 Choose download format 8 Now a button appears to start the download Click it 9 Get transferred to the overdrive app 10 Sign in again 11 Finally start the download You can do all of this including signing in 3 times without ever leaving the Overdrive app So I see no point in this library app at all Just use Overdrive or log into your account in the web browser     Convoluted Nobody you know 87

I was very excited that KCLS has an app by unfortunately this app still needs work If I wanted to place a book on hold they have to redirect me to the mobile website It s the same thing if I want to download an ebook What s the point of having an app if you are going to send me to the website Please fix         Needs work Athenablue

Overall really good app does what it needs to Sometimes it randomly has a problem fetching data but it s not a major issue One thing I d like to see changed Under the Next due there s a button to Renew all This renews EVERYTHING you have checked out NOT just whatever is due next I ve misunderstood this a few times and renewed a lot more things than I wanted to It would be nice if that button were either removed or changed so it only renews whatever is due soonest                 One thing I d change BranCobbler

The app works really well I love having the option of placing an item on hold while I m on the go see something that I like Yes it s a little slow when you place a hold and when you check my account but slow in the way in which it is not instantaneous and you don t lose your patience I am really happy with this app I have experienced some difficulties with logging in out and changing accounts but that was fixed by a re installation I appreciate the KCLS for having this on the App Store It definitely makes it a lot easier to keep track of your books to make sure they aren t overdue                 Awesome Tooga117

When opening it today looking for an author I didn t experience a crash I do have a couple of suggestions It would be great to suggest authors and not just books I HATE when you have an authors series but only books 1 3 4 and 7 when I KNOW that the other series books are available in ebook audio book form but am unable to recommend the other books in the series Frustrating especially when reading a series Also it would be great if through the Overdrive app if it would mark books you have already read I read voraciously Easily 4 5 ebooks audio books a week Especially if I find an author I LOVE Frustrating when I am unable to access her full catalog series I LOVE being able read books from the library on my apple products             Not a crash prob today Snwbrdr62
