I think Kayako is a great Helpdesk system The mobile app is a needed component and for the most part well done The interface is clean and simple to use The big issue for us is there seems to be a bug in the billing section We can post notes but if you try and add time the app crashes Not being able to have my techs add time while in the field is a big draw back With that said I m sure the guys at Kayako will get that fixed and hopefully continue to add more to the system A scheduling component would be amazing just saying             Good basic function but one big bug tag915
I have one big beef that even after the many updates which have continued to improve the app I still can t believe we are missing them Especially for someone who emails our helpdesk the app doesn t show their email address which so many systems use in order to locate the user account so I can t actually help them unless I go in via a browser to pull the address Isn t that besides the point Second not as important but would be nice is to set custom notifications I d like to get pushes maybe for tickets I own in certain departments or if there is a spike I set the threshold of ticket submissions in a certain department so if I m working on something else or its a weekend I can easily see that something is likely wrong and go check on it             Missing major features Arwen

Use it all the time when I have to take care of customer support tickets when on the go great app Relatively simple to implement but very useful feature request Please make customer fields under Properties tab easy to copy Also ability to copy ticket creators email address We often search customers by provided data email address and are forced to do a major workaround since fields cannot be easy copied from the iOS                 Great CS App
Kayako really shines on this new app nice work Smooth fast responsive Would love to see custom push notifications for tickets assigned to me etc but this is version 10                 Nothin but net
