Rude customer service They advertise you can get promo codes from stores So I signed up and got an email saying 10 was added Never got it Went to this cafe I frequent and then used a promo code Now they refuse to give me the 10 credit they promised Apple pay is better and more secure     Dont waste your time

Some things you should know before you use this app credit cards come with very strong consumer protections Bank withdrawals come with much fewer and Kash has structured their user agreement such that you have none at all What does this mean  You are agreeing to let Kash withdraw money from your account and not hold them liable for anything that happens as a result If a merchant accidentally charges you 5000 instead of 50 and you dont notice and hit okay then good luck getting it back because unless the merchant is feeling generous youll have to sue them You cant dispute the transaction with your bank Kash has absolutely no obligation to help you according to their user agreement and there is no particular mechanism for making a merchant listen to you if theyve done something inappropriate  Kash can if they want sue you in small claims court in New York City Unless you happen to live in NYC though you cant sue them You can only use binding arbitration This is important to them because many aspects of their user agreement would be considered invalid by many courts but arbitrators in general dont look at contracts to see if they are resonable or legal they just look to see if you have violated the letter of the contract Kashs contract basically says we cannot be held liable for anything that we do that hurts you and we can do whatever we want Im not a big fan of credit card companies but at least theyre regulated Kash is completely unregulated and its no wonder merchants love it they no longer have to worry about inconvenient consumers complaining about being scammed Less clear is why any sensible consumer would use it     Great deal for stores great deal for Kash lousy deal for you

Many places near my work accept Kash Live it Its faster and I dont have to carry cash Wish there are more places though              Great

used the app once now it crashes every time I try to open it deleted it and reinstalled and now its asking me to go through the entire process again this time with a paper check are you kidding me goodbye     garbage

The integration with banks is great but once you get to the restaurants page there it lacks opening and closing time Worse of all it lacks a standard search bar Kash wants users to play the tap and guess game That may be fun for some but not for me I look forward to the future updates        Not ready for prime time

I love not having to carry my purse with me to lunch Easy to use fast and keeps all rewards in one place rather than using multiple loyalty apps I use it everywhere I can Customer service got back to me within 15 minutes of an inquiry Cant wait to see whats next for them                 Love Kash

Good idea But when you dont supply the actual stores with proper codes then whats the point Are they understaffed or something I wait hours for replies from there customer service department and they still arent very helpful The stores employees hardly even know about their existence Big issue with first starting to use it Il be sticking to Apple pay until they cant get it right     Bad customer service

The team at Kash is really doing a lot for small businesses and their patrons Do yourself a favor and get this app sign up refer some friends extra 10 bonus and head to your local coffee bar to celebrate                 Great app Works as described plus 20 sign up bonus is sweet

So much easier to carry my phone than my wallet to use Kash over creditdebit More vendors need to accept Kash                 I love Kash

I really like this concept neat way to bypass credit card companies by doing a direct connection to your bank account Its like a check only digital Keep on developing the app to be more intuitive                 Awesome

I downloaded Kash a few weeks ago at Sausalito Cafe I find this app simple and easy to use I use it at a couple stores frequently and havent had any issues                 Swift payments

It misled me into thinking Im typing my password on Chases website Youre giving your password to them not to your bank They should be clear about that     Shady
