I cant figure out why the brains behind Karma an innovative and excellent device and service would design their app for the iPhone only considering that most iPhones have built in data support and many iPads dont I understand that I can use this app on my iPad I do but I have to search for it and it isnt pretty Just make it for a bigger screen size and get your app and branding into the hands of iPad owners Poor device compatibility choice

I really love karma wiFi service This app however could be A LOT more useful Love it
This only works when you are connected to the karma hotspot and pretty much never loads App is a great idea but buggy Does not load
Review 2015 Hey Kama CEO Are you still greedy Still eating ketchup with guacamole How about giving us an option to get proximity notifications when Kama device is at home and option to turn off the device automatically would be amazing Please help us to stop wasting our data Review 2014 I would like to have an options to set proximity area on the map that could automatically disable my karma data or turn off the device with notification message There was so many times I come home and instead using my home wifi I by mistake forget to turn off the device and using my Karma data Please also can you make your interface more attractive Txs More options
Very poor app This is a new product and we are the guinea pigs Works great on my laptop which doesnt need an app You need an app for iPad and crthe app crashes or I get an error mesg Oops something went wrong Were ashamed to admit it but something went wrong and we dont know what Sorry about that When I contact support I keep getting the support message back Check if the red light is on Pathetic Doesnt work on iPad
If you use the Karma Hotspot this app is very useful and nice Its simple tells you whether youre currently connected signal strength and most importantly how much data you have left It also has a battery monitor so you never have to guess how much juice you have left Nice work Karma Wonderful App for Karma Hotspot Users
Why would you remove features when coming out with a new release A terrible update that I hope is reversed Also enough with the rambling update notes it makes it really hard to find what features have changed The new version is a huge step backwards
No wonder Its not out yet Never used it
Just what I needed for my daily use on my Karma Awesome application
Now I can track how much data I have left on my account So much better then using the web page version Just what I was looking for
Its really difficult to sign on When tapping to enter the email address the keyboard does not pop up It takes quite a bit of pressingtapping before it pops up Also this is not that helpful other that it tells you how much data you have and you can purchase more if needed You should consider adding a way for users to tell if there is coverage available based on location Also add a notification feature that other wifi are available so the user can decide to continue using Karma or user other free wifi Not Friendly
Never got the wifi Tried emailing company and they never responded I need to call the credit card company to get a response Never used the Wifi service So I cant say if it works or how good it is Since I had a horrible experience gust ordering there unit I wouldnt recommend this service or the company No customer Service

No Facebook support OK But the app wont let me bring up the keyboard to enter my ID Useless with this update Cant Log In
Very glad there is now an app for this hotspot but not sure why we need to be logged in to the hotspot to get account information The web login never required this and always showed users that connected to my hotspot Please fix this functionality Why do we need to be logged into the karma to get account information
I havent even received my karma hotspot yet but I downloaded the app to get my account started Every time I try to open my profile it crashes I sure hope the hotspot works when I get it Keeps crashing
