The Kareo EHR is now available as a free download on Apple Store for iPad owners. The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 16.9 MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.0.10 has been released on 2014-11-23. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. I ve been using this app for over a year and a few months ago it stopped loading It was very inconvenient because I didn t know my schedule The App opens and then stays on the gray screen before I deleted it and uploaded it again it would open I would put in my passcode and it would never open I use Kareo pm but EVERYTIME I open it it tells me to download this APP     This version won t open MAXNBIGBOY

It used to but now it doesn t load I really wish it worked it would be beneficial for my practice Please fix and I will give higher rating     Because it doesn t work Abmasters

This far this has been a great app to view our patient schedules and associated documentation I have two suggestions for improvements 1 A 4 digit pin is inadequate considering the sensitive information contained with a practice s account I suggest a 6 or 8 digit pin or the option of a swipe pattern for both fast access and security 2 When viewing the calendar when I click on an item it displayed the patient s general information At the bottom left is the go to chart link Clicking that takes me to the patient s chart However there s no back button to return me to where I was So I have to navigate manually back to the calendar This is a real pain especially when I m looking at calendar appointments weeks into the future because i must scroll to find where I was before                 Great so far with two suggestions TotallyPhuct

Won t even finish downloading and I ve tried for 3 days Does not surprise me as I ve used their EHR software for 18 months with nothing but headaches Only wanted the app to close out my charts faster and not deal with software issues If you re shopping for an EHR do NOT waste your time and money     Do not choose EHR or App chidee

I have been a Kareo subscriber for over 4 years now The App itself has been absolutely terrible in terms of true functionality and design Touch ID hardly works correctly all other of my apps work great and after I enter in my routine password every time it then crashes and have to log in again but then crashes again This happens several times I then just give me and then just spend extra time to call my office to ask for an updated daily schedule When I need to look up a patient s number to call them it crashes again after trying to access the demographic sections Then I waste more time and have to call my office to get a patient s phone number This has happened version after version for several years of Kareo EHR app updates yes I I have an updated iPhone 6s and 10 3 3 Kareo can t even get these basics down on an app who cares about bells and whistles features As a real busy doctor I can t afford the time to waste my efforts and workflow time Can you The core user interface is non intuitive and the color schemes and small fonts make it very harsh to look at more then a couple of minutes Originally started with their billing services platform and found they were completely irresponsible and billed the wrong diagnostic codes despite giving them a clear table of my top 50 ICD9 10 codes and couldn t understand billing properly blue shield and Medicaid patients After repeated phone calls and emails to Vice Presidents of customer success and operations Kareo still was not adept on submitting properly billing I lost dozens of hours of time and tens of thousands of revenue income as a result Most of their claims input is done in India and their staff was not trained on proper submission of claims They were like robots and did adapt to my individual practice despite individual billing services platform In addition they also got rid of phone support and went to a ticket system which takes at least 4 5 days to get a response on a billing issue then have to wait another 4 5 days after I respond I then downgraded to just Practice Management with Kareo but since the App is a total disaster I am completely dissolving my account Because of these primary reasons can t access my patient demographics or my schedule on the fly I am cancelling my Kareo account completely We have switched to a much more user intuitive platform drchrono Log in and demographic information is very accessible and has a beautiful user interface Look at the other Kareo App reviews and you will find opinions that voice similar concerns about Kareo App and Service as well I am a busy hard working small practice physician like many of you we want our lives to be easier and less frustrating This app and their service behind it seems to be odds with this idea         Terrible user interface and service Docfeelgood!
