ONE STAR IS PLENTY FOR THEM Those guys persuaded me to resubscribe after I was billed twice as much as originally signed up for with less the service I expected After agreeing on the unlimited plan I realized that they still stand as crooks DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR UNLIMITED PLAN their plan is nothing but a scam I would not trust backing any of my files in their servers as they have shown unethical business practices Their website is a flea market of garbage they try to sell you Beware     CROOKS And nothing else

Worked great until I updated to iOS 8 Now none of the videos I have stored will play        Not compatible with iOS8

Once they have the email address you must give them they send you mail everyday If you delete the product you still get mail If you unsubscribe you still get mail If you ask them to stop you realize it is all automated so there is no way to get off the mailing list So you have signed up for a lifetime of unwanted junk that you cannot stop     Awful

Does not keep their word It means nothing to them Very disappointed not they care     Just Cloud

Fun to see what you can store and the unlimited space has got to be worth it              Fun

JustCloud works okay with just one computer but not so much with latest update on my iPad Nor can I add another administrator which I need badly I have emailed 3 times but since they took my money I have received no help no emails not even on the live chat The service rep initially told me that adding administrators was no problem just follow the instructions on the website Really There is no instructional page or guide of any kind for adding an administrator Lack of support is the main reason for the rating Be very careful        Support non existent

It was suppose to be UNLIMITED SOACE FOR FREE for a limited time I tried it but now trying to force me to upgrade with yearly subscription Im out of space now with my camera roll only Im going to delete it     Dont like mis information

Once they have your email they keep sending you spam no matter how many times you unsubscribe My hosting company offered this as a promo Now Im thinking about getting a new hosting company as well if they do business with these spammers     Spammers

I have been using JustCloud for a number of years I recently had some issues with my larger files not backing up and they told me to uninstall and reinstall the desktop client When I did what they told me the new download of the client created a new device on my account for the same laptop Then I had to transfer my license to the new device I had hundreds of files on their cloud that were no longer on my laptop in order to save space So I wouldnt get confused I restored all my files back to my laptop so I could back them up under the new device Problem is I couldnt restore all my files Some are missing They are simply not accessible on their servers They have told me that the files never backed up although the name and file size show up When I try to download the files it appears that the path the download is trying to reach doesnt exist These files are babychildhood videos of my now 24 year old son and they are priceless I thought they would be safe in the cloud which is why I deleted them from my laptop And now they appear to be gone I have been communicating with Tech Support for nearly 2 weeks now and I keep getting emails from them asking me the same questions over and over again They keep asking me to try the same things over and over again Im certain now after this amount of time that theyve lost my files and theyre just dragging this out I am so upset Why would their dashboard indicate that my old device has 11gb of files stored the exact total of the 8 files Im trying to restore and yet they cant tell me where they are YOUR DATA IS NOT SAFE     They lost my files

Rip off first unlimited does mean that in their world I purchased the unlimited plan and my iPhone app still said I need to purchase more space I ended up buying the speed booster waste if money then I had yo buy more space for another partition total 255 Complete rip off     Rip off price keeps going up

Unlimited is not unlimited Not even close Caps at around 800gb and they shut you down with a notice that you have exceeded a normal user storage capacity After spending over a hundred dollars for 2 year plan with extras they now offer me a business plan for even more money Crap pure crap False advertising Read the reviews and STAY AWAY     Dont be fooled by unlimited plan

Dont trust this company with your data I used them for over a year The backup said it was running and updating everyday but one day I went to the actual files and it had been 5 months since theyd updated Contacted the company which you can only do by email unless youre buying something and this was the response I am sorry to inform you that a temporary hold has been placed on your account which will prevent any further backup Regrettably this is due to a breach of our terms and conditions and specifically our Fair Usage Policy 14 Termination and Fair Use Policy If you have purchased a JC Product or Service that is inappropriate for your actual usage JC may require you to switch to an appropriate JC Product or Service which may result in your having to pay JC additional fees for use of the appropriate product or to terminate your purchased JC Products or Services and refund on a prorated basis any fees paid you may have paid on the unused portion of your JC subscription We monitor the usage of our heaviest Unlimited account users a dynamic margin is calculated based upon averages which should a user fall into we may require them to cease backup or move onto a business account For five months they didnt bother to inform me of this information but kept charging my account and the desktop backups kept running like everything was working So shady     Shady shady company

Totally useless for file sharing between devices APPEARS to only backup videos pictures and music from iPadiPhones No xls doc or pdf files backupsharing on those devices However even the video picture and music capability appears to be all or nothing on iOS devices and not able to select individual files for backup I made 3 attempts requesting technical support but all I got were FAQ replies and attempts to sell me larger storage As if I would buy MORE storage when I cannot selectshare files across platforms with what I already have     Worthless

This service is horrible They bug you with emails then once you sign up it doesnt work DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME This is not a real servicejust pretend     Deserves a 0

I wish I could give zero stars First of all I dont even remember downloading it I have been battling with this company for over two years I have deleted it and it always pops back up Every month they ask me to pay with a credit card not an in app purchase then when I do not pay and even keep deleting the app they still come back and erase my photos and videos DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT IT IS A SCAM AND A RIPOFF     Scam

This is NOT unlimited The price they show only allows you to backup one computer and only its internal hard drive Each additional external drive is 9995 Additional computers are 2995 Higher speed instead of snail pace is 2495 There are several more adons that all cost extra hence this is not as inexpensive as they try to convince you so you will sign up with them However if you do have money burning holes in your pockets they do provide a good service     Warning

Is a complete scam all they want is your money and when you want to press the refund all of their emails are automated and all the great reviews on the Internet are all false and created by two people and other people A girl and a person that changes the way he looks and a lot of his videos or his voice a little enhanced to try to make it look like its different when you try to call them is automated because if you say certain things it wont respond to it like the way normal human being would The website that has a top 10 cloud storage just how does on top and that is created by the same person thats why its an advertisement that is in Google if you actually buy the service they actually dont give you what they promised and they just keep trying to get you to get upgrades and get more money I advise you not to sign up for the following website upsetter to say JustCloud my PC back up and zip cloud     Complete Scam

Wont upload from iPhone anymore Did about 2 months ago and i keep asking Support for help No help Would not get this Keeps crashing as it is scanning media library What happened Bad support     Keeps crashing

I never have paid for a cloud service just cloud was my first Awful As soon as I started with all my files great all of them went to their cloud Until I had up loaded the and wanted to see them only 75 were actually viewable When I asked just cloud about the problem they told me that my iPad had problems which in fact was incorrect I had downloaded my files on a PC but when trying to view these photos on any platform once synced I had the same problems On my PC and iPad I could see my photos When I questioned just cloud about these problems the support team continued to tell me to check my iPad when I was downloading my photos even after I had explained that my photos were downloaded off my pc So just summarizing just cloud is a bad product It have been constantly disappointed after 6 months of use everything that I thought it could be is disappointing for a storage aspect Never reliable and never felt as thought my files are safe Customer services only interested in my money and not solving the problem Have better alternative else where     Not that good

False advertising The 1GB they give you free isnt really free After your license expires they then hold your files ransom saying they will be deleted unless you upgrade pay Also there is no tech support unless you upgrade so my questions and emails were answered by an unmonitored email address that responded with unrelated FAQs Awfulbad business practices     Awful

Now suddenly common and popular anti virus software disable the app as a virus I dont want to have to buy another anti virus program that has to be manually configured to allow Just Cloud to run Why wouldnt Just Cloud just fix the install and packaged program It worked for two years with no issues Please fix you app Just Cloud     Worked fine for over a year

You cant select multiple files in the web interface Deleting files takes a long time one file at a time They keep your files forever if you dont delete them The free space is not enough for a photo stream from an old iPhone 3GS The upgrades will cost at least 5 a month Google Apple and Microsoft all offer better programs for free They offer you a 20 discount to upgrade It goes up to 70 off if you attempt to delete your account Then the price comes down to 100 if you turn that down     Avoid it

Been using this app for about 9 months very easy to set up download and above all very easy to use The ability to retrieve information from my PC iPad and heck my BB is priceless And very affordable                 Just Cloud is Just easy

They will keep charging you like there is no tomorrow They have no onshore presence Refused to refund money after a day that it did not work Tried to extend the contract at the same time I was getting emails for up sells including increasing storage limit and faster speed After I raised a claim with PayPal the emailed me and then called me that they cancelled but would not release the money until I removed the claim This would not give me any recourse should they fail to refund and is counter to Paypal policy Thereafter I escalated it and again they contacted me from the Philippeans saying the same line Total of 10 emails still could not cancel Worst app ever     Deceptive practices hidden fees
