I LOVED my free issue that I received in May so I subscribed Here it is September and I have yet to receive another PAID issue If I have paid for 8 issues in a year I d think there should ve been AT LEAST 1 new issue released Their website is not helpful and I have emailed them twice asking if there ve been any new issues and have not heard back from them I have gotten notifications from them on my iPad indicating we haven t seen you in awhile but the notification disappears and I cannot find out what the whole message was I did ck my notification area on my iPad I m going to be wanting a refund if I don t get any PAID issues I have tried all their FAQ s I want someone to answer my emails Update 2 16 After my 1st review I did get communication w Leah the sole person producing this magazine But I still have yet to receive any new magazines The communication w her was just for a short time since then no responses again and no paid for magazines Still get notifications of new issues but nothing downloads         No support super day
