2 stars for the app idea and basic functionality but the app does not allow for the logging of issues from a location other than the current site I e Have to log an issue whilst driving which does not promote safe driving Have yet to log an issue as a result and test the response time of JRA Great idea but ThePlink

The app is pointless as they do not action any issues or provide updates on progress Its a shame as roads in Joburg are in a state of serious neglect Pointless
