This app keeps locking up and is unresponsive on my iPad It also would benefit from a tutorial or guide the one that lays text over the screen to show you buttons just doesnt provide adequate information on how to use the app     Neat concept poorly executed
Journeys works fine for blocking out ones basic linear thinking behind a customer experience journey But it needs better ways for incorporating real qualquant data add tiered rows for mapping to specific channels or touch points of timing and notating emotion and moments of truth and above all of collaborating It seems to me like it is only a thinking in the field app in prep for working out a final map in another software like collaborating via Google Docs This would be better if it could take it all the way and would be worth a higher price           A little too one dimensional

Perhaps good idea this app but poor implementation hangs and crash all the time     Completely useless even its free for now Crashes and hang all the time
On my iPad 4 retina the app screen freezes any time you display the screen guide and the app must be closed and reopened to regain functionality Since this happens automatically in the tutorial theres a very early disconnect for any end users who experience the bug              Cool app but has an early bug

Well that journey ended quickly It froze up on launch     Froze
I was really hoping to put in specific location information but you cant The only option is to use your current location and that is even wrong Forget about adding an address even though there is a place to type it insort of Big disappointment and wish I could get my money back     Disappointed
This is a very good first effort I think being able to add horizontal rows for things like channels the user persona takes and also things like qualitative insights quantitative information or takeaways is an important improvement Also how do I indicate a moment of truth in the customer journey Keep the updates coming              Good first effort
