With no job search function and no ability to follow recruiters the best thing you can do with this app is list some basic job criteria and hope their filter selects the correct job Not a very good app Needs workno pun here

TheLadders just keeps improving its app The ease of setting up push notifications with specific job parameters and the insight on competition for the same job is fantastic They also seem to do a pretty good job of maintaining their inventory so that only high quality jobs are listed unlike other job boards Highly recommend Very easy to use and awesome inventory of jobs
Thumbs down on the new app Cant believe they didnt listen to what their customers have said when they revised this app I would rather just use the service via my safari browser The app is one to delete in my book cant apply for jobs from the app

I cannot figure out how to perform a job search From the best I can tell it only shows recommended jobs If it does its not intuitive to me From the recommended job list I have to save the job then go to a big computer to apply When I review my profile the details under my titles are not visible More over it destroys that information if I go in to edit I would test that again to make sure it wasnt user error but I am reluctant to go back into edit mode Overall not very useful Missing the most important features
On the new version not only can you not apply for positions through the app but you also cant set your search location by city name as if Ive memorized the ZIP code for everywhere I might want to move to in the USA Also there is no place to view all your jobs that youre tracking view jobs that youve applied to or viewedit your resume properly New version is useless
If I cant apply for a job on a job search application why do I have to keep it on my phone so useless Two stars for only design the rest again is useless Useless
