I like having access to coupons It is very time consuming searching items for available coupons The filters should allow you to break the search down even further Examples such as deli and bakery There needs to be a search option barcode scan option or both If these things dont get fixed people wont use it        Needs some improvement

App is poorly created Moving from a items description in coupons takes you back to the very first coupon so one has to start over no matter where you stopped for more information           Needs a lot of improvements

I agree with other reviews about being able to edit and sort Also Id like to be able to delete coupons if I decide I dont want them Putting coupons in the same order as grocery items would be helpful too Needs a grocery database similar to Peapod so I dont have to type in product and aisle And if I have an item on my list and then find a coupon could they link together somehow Thanks           Could be better

I wish it were more like the Target app a scanner option so you could scan your product see if theres a coupon for it instead of scrolling through an endless list of products Also when you click on a coupon to get more details on it then try to go back to the list it takes you to the top of the coupons you have to scroll down to where you were Good concept but needs to be more streamlined        Needs updating

I signed up a long time ago and every time I shop at Jewel which is often I purchase under MyMix number I noticed that none of my purchases were in my Ap I finally found someone who could help me and said I had to have my receipts emailed to me That is when my purchases were showing in my ap Im surprised that cashiers are not promoting or asking customers if they have the MyMix rewards           Needs Improvement

Items should be in categories Dont like starting over if I stop to read a coupon Shelves should be labeled too        Needs Improvement

this app is worthless you cannot do anything without having to sign in with your Facebook or creat an account     useless app

I agree with some of the others that there needs to be more flexibility in the categories of products It is annoying when Im in produce and have to keep scrolling to find that part of the list I do like that prior items stay on it alphabetically              Handy app

I hate this app It is overdone for what is needed and also after putting all necessary info to register I was told after 2 mos that Im registered under the wrong telephone no and even Though I have an account Im not getting the clipped Coupons off my bill Also there is no way to get into my account Most or all apps show my acct in case of changes Total waste off time Cant even find anyone to tell The savings were not very big either Jewel needs more competitors in the western suburbs of Chicago     Unhappy customer

I dont get it to work and the cashiers just want to get you out of there I have entered my phone number and it just sits there When I ask the cashier for assistance Im told there must be something wrong with my phone or to download the app again     Doesnt work

The app is good for the coupons and receipts The problem I have is seeing the coupons at home but not being able to view them in store no connection I have had several free coupons which I couldnt use because I couldnt view the coupon Also need better filters I dont have an infant or a pet so many coupons are just not needed              Good app wish I could use it in store

Creators should look at Walgreens app Not perfect by any means but much better        Great idea poorly executed

Decent enough app I guess but I would like to see two changes in future updates I hope youre reading this app developers First it is annoying that when you leave the coupons page in any way and then go back to the coupons you have to scroll starting from the top This is especially frustrating because as at least one other reviewer has said there is no useful way to sort the coupons into categories so you are not scrolling through them all to find the few you would actually use Which leads me to my second wish list item make the coupons sortable into smaller and more specific categories like meat dairy produce cleaning etc I hope the app developers seriously consider both changes because the frustrations both cause seriously limits my use of the app           Its ok

This app is great however it could use a few improvements The mymixx coupon view doesnt filter correctly Also if you hit the back button after looking at a coupons details itll go back up to the top of the list when I was almost at the end Also please take a feature from the target cartwheel app They have a search feature that not only uses a standard keyword search but you can scan a barcode of any laundry item and itll either show you an exact match coupon or coupons for similar items across multiple brands Because right now Im having to scroll through a huge list of coupons that arent organized I usually go out of my way to drive farther to target because of their coupon app and its ease of use I use the jewel one on every single jewel trip I make twice a week at least so please make some updates              Use it multiple times a week

This app is okay But not the best One thing that it could improve on is making sure all the coupons could save Every time I tap to save I get a message yikes could not connect Please fix this        Mixx coupons do not save

I wish the app would let you scan UPC codes to see if there is a mymixx coupon available And also it askes for my associate in preferences but every time I use my phone number to use the my mixx in store it doesnt automatically take my associate discount off           Great idea could use a little help

Spent over 12 hr making shop list cutting coupons that meant nothing at checkout Waste of time my data Dont know Ill use this again until its changed Navigation is all over the place if Im looking for coupons for zip bags I do not want to have to scroll through 100 items to get there if there is one Let me look for the item if theres a coupon then attach to my list Also cashiers need to be educated on how mymix works She couldnt tell if my coupons were applied or not The last time the guy was stumped on how to apply coupons from my account If you implement a tool to supposedly make shopping experience better it would be nice to have educated cashiers     Cumbersome waste of time

The coupons cause app to freeze and app crashes constantly Someone should test and update frequently Missed opportunity     Too Many Bugs

I like the little surprises we get sometimes as my mix users but Im wondering where my email is so I can order my free captain crunch tshirt also not cool to be able to score only one I got 3 people in my family that are gonna have to take turns borrowing the shirt              Not bad

This app is useless except for keeping up with your receipt The first time I used mymixx I got coupons I could use Every time after that there has been nothing offered in the selection that matches my needs I shop at jewel once a week and spend anywhere between 150200 every trip and the only thing that has been helpful is when you enter your phone number at the register they make your receipt available online and by mentioning that There should be some type of tailored needs to my purchases Im not saying every week but at least more than once When I used to get the sale papers in my old neighborhood I at least got a 5 off coupon every once in a while When I get coupons now its always something I dont need Pretty soon I may even stop using the app because even though its convenient to have a digital copy of my receipt It doesnt out weigh the time spent at the register letting them know Im a mymixx member Walgreens and CVS give savings based on items purchased Why cant Jewel adapt back to something they created I complain but as the person reading this may say why dont I go somewhere else There are options but Ive been shopping at jewel for years and been shopping with my mother before I could shop Im disappointed at how an old friend is doing me when so many others are pushing me toward the competition     Keeping Tabs on who purchases what

Its an ok app but I dont use it much I am in the store every weekend spending 150200 and I put my phone number in every time There should be a way to tailor the coupons to the purchases I make every week As it is now most of the coupons are for things I dont use or need so I really dont use the app           Coupons tailored to purchases

Could be a cool app with a bit more organization and some coupons for whole real foods instead of all the processed stuff        Meh

I am sending this review to the prairie Jewel store first of alleveryone there is great I want to recognize some people Nick in produce went out of his way to help me with how to preserve an avocado for a few days it was perfect kudosAlex from produce went out of his way to look for some mandarin oranges that were 1010 and out on the counter and got me more kudosAna from Osco help me find a powder for my husband he needed very bad and said it will work it did kudosJohn the bagger was out getting carts it was 90 I started feeling faint I yelled out he ran to me and put all my food in my car nice guy kudosthere was a young tall man with glasses I have no name but he chased me down I left my cell phone people in front would know they said he should be recognized I said Im on it but forgot his name kudos to himGreg in cheese dept he not only was funny but fun and helpful I liked him in closing kudos to the managers for hiring confident respectful and knowing people that are on the spot and know how to be professional my fav store of all the jewels Ive shopped in Chicago sub area in my living here 57 years keep up great job GO JEWEL Ty Donna Ginsburg 8479424843                 Great people

Im tired of having to sign in on the app all the time Your not exactly protecting Ft Knox here If you know a way to go straight from your email to the app without signing in please Let Me Know if not Im deleting it Just not worth the hassle     Pay attention

After looking at the fine print of an offer I should not be returned to the top of the list of offers and forced to scroll through a long list If Jewel wants to have a loyalty program it should have stuck with preferred card     Inefficient and not worth the time

It does need to provide a more wider range of product description as well as proving a picture of the item Otherwise it is a good app                 Easy to use

I really dont like this new my mix app Whenever I try to use it I get a message that says Yikes could not connect Id rather go back to paper coupons than deal with this     Unhappy customer

This app definitely needs work After you view an offer in the list youre automatically brought back to the beginning of the list This is quite annoying and Ive stopped using this app Love the Cartwheel app that Target offers and Jewel would be wise to copy what they do     Jewel App needs improvement

Two things Id like improvedI like the idea of the coupons being automatic in your account whether you choose it or not I may not buy all the products but theres times i see something and didnt have a chance to update my account with a he newest coupons Besides that I love this app and use it constantly                 Love itbut

Food coupons are all lumped together and not sub categorized Takes too long to find what you like to buy           OK but not great

Like most people I keep my grocery shopping list in the order through which I walk through the aisles not in alphabetical order by categories so its a pain to use in the store The app should let the user specify the order of the items on the list Also its a pain to scroll through the coupons on the cell phone Why cant the coupons be categorized like the weekly add so that you dont have to waste time looking at coupons for stuff you will never purchase           Needs improvement

Doesnt work Spent time clipping coupons and entered my number at check out and didnt work Why launch or advertise this app when all the bugs havent been worked out     What a waste of time

Alotta mixed reviews but ive had a mostly positive experience Coupons load and are redeemed without any issues I load them at the store and theyre ready at checkout The menu is really the only negative Its really not too intuitive Other than that if you shop at jewel its a must have app              Does what its supposed to

Everything around the weekly ad is great and its very easy to add items you see to your shopping list Adding anything else however is EXTREMELY tedious There is no basic database You have to enter your item as well as what section its inand if you accidentally forget the section or have a typo theres no ability to edit the item I think thats the part that will deter me the most from leaving my normal app permanently Right now I would only use this for the weekly ad           Decent

I downloaded this app for the digital coupons but A LOT of the coupons do not save So if youre easily frustrated probably not a good app for you        Just an OK app

Used it first time today and it only used one of my coupons I had several that qualified Not happy     Not a good start
