Connect to your Vmware vCenter or to your ESX server and take control of your Virtual Machines on the go The ideal application for a Data Center Administrators who want to have a life outside of ...
The program appears to be solid but I really wish I knew nothing would work on ESXi before I wasted 15 Bought app for 10 and then console add on for 5 All worthless on the standard ESXi free version Cannot start or stop VMs can t connect via console Really can t do anything at all other than see a list of your VMs Can t control the main server either Does not work with ESXi Free flspearo
Connected right away via VPN to my vcenter and I was able to manage mostly everything Integration with an rdp app would be great but as it sits I am satisfied Great app Dwrldzmine
App works the some tasks power control but the virtual console is now buggy right click and viewing issues Works but broken Frostwolf84
Used to work before iOS 9 2 Now it doesn t Obviously there s no support from the developer Doesn t work anymore JoeGuru
Description said it does but at the very end a note indicates it doesn t due to limitations by vmware Pointless for me to use as read only Doesn t really work with esxi AndrewJayPollack
Sufficient app for easily checking status and performance of your host as well as guest systems Reboot power down power up VMotion etc are all there Console access can be a bit confusing to get set up at first but I did eventually get it to work Works great mcribisback
Avoid Costs 4 99 per VM for console access Avoid Beltface
Solid app Clean design and easy to use The remote console is a must and has saved me time For the price the value is great Excellent app FredReitberger
Lots of powerful features The guy needs to hire a user interface designer though as it needs an overhaul of the interface Also VM templates improperly show up as VMs Good features mediocre interface dig @localhost
Mouse not working in windows server 2008r2 via console Also app crashing on right mouse click Bugs ZonD80
VNC crashes on nearly every site I work Needs some updates EricSakariasen
I m really disappointed Maybe I jumped too quickly at buying it but I thought for 9 99 it would have console access Stats only Console is extra 4 99 PER VM inverseallstar
Great app overall Took start since no iphone5 or ipad support Still use it to check hosts and view stats Could use better stats measure of units Need Iphone 5 and IPad ProTel-51
Overall this is a very good program I took off one star because it crashes if you try to choose tasks Tasks only work if you have a full VMware setup Which I do not They fixed crash issue Adding a star Definitely worth buying the console in app purchase One note on in app purchases If you decide to delete the application It will remove your Ability to use the console Simply repurchase the in app purchase again and even though it looks like it will charge you it will not Thusly giving back your purchase I like to use this for restarting my vms What use your than walking into windows and using VM Console Developers responsive 1 star for crash Symgryph
I used this to remotely control and monitor our VM Servers Works great once setup and port is open to access remote console Quality Manager hoyhunter63
I use everyday to monitor my environment It is liberating not to have to do this from a PC anymore Fix the host reboot command Add more details to task list and events Add storage vmotion Thanks Great app VictorQ

Use this tool a lot to manage a 10 host environment roughy 60 vms it s great when I m not at the office and need to make a change Get the full app Great tool for IT on the go Rabbit90mph
Other than the remote console that works only in theory The app is great Save your 5 for the remote console feature It simply does not work Remote console is a joke Nicholas247
This is a great app with lots of features I love being able to carry my iPad around instead of a bulky notebook and still being able to manage all of my systems Gets frequent updates and improvements which makes this a must have Great App Crawrj
Works fine for me I like it natemid
I connect to a VPN on my iPad open app it Auto connects to first profile I created When it can t app crashes I want to choose when I am n a different VPN I can t see the first server connected Please fix Would be nice if you could actually create virtual machines and allocate space rather then just look at information and turn on and off guest os s Although with previous review of reboot and shutdown mixed can t test that in a production environment App unusable in current state for me Derpidety
Works great Much easier than firing up vSphere for most Monitoring and control of vms Awesome Immauss
Just downloaded this app and here is what I found so far No option to have the app ask for a password each time you connect to vcenter Your username and password are cached Storage vmotion is NOT available You can move VMs between hosts however Can t move VMs between resource groups Can t move VMs between Folders VM folders and resource are not even visible Can t clone Can t deploy from template Can t edit VMs add RAM CPU etc Would be nice to have a SSH option to connect to the ESXi Hosts Screen shots still don t work with vSphere 4 despite the latest app update just today Missing some key features auto-xr
What a fantastic app for managing your VMware infrastructure on the go This app does almost everything I might possibly want to do from my iOS device It makes great use of the screen real estate whether on my iPad or iPhone It feels lean and responsive and yet is quite powerful No middle man server or agent machine is necessary in the office I simply start by launching a VPN connection to my office From there I can easily connect to my vCenter to look at my hosts clusters and VM s For hosts I can retrieve specs powered on status boot time and other vitals I can check on recent events view recent tasks alarms etc I can put a host into maintenance mode reboot it and shut it down I can view the VM s on a host For guest VM s I can get utilization details take snapshots get details about the guest OS review recent events and tasks view alarms power off suspend reboot or shut down a guest I can even trigger a vMotion For extra cost there is a console feature which provides console access to a guest VM I haven t tried this feature yet If you manage a VMware infrastructure you should definitely consider this app Highly recommended Fantastic App for Managing your VMware Infrastructure on the Go j.o.n-s
This app works great even with large deployments around 2k vms and 500 hosts no need for additional installations and it s very fast and responsive The console worked flawlessly while on my intranet or VPN also i didn t have to install vnc server on my vms Still waiting for cluster support Solid app DrSeuss1980
It does bot allow you to connect to ESXi as advertised Not worth ten dollars Waste of time Lostconclusion
I have been looking for a nice tool to manage my small VMWare deployment I was hoping the latest Mobile Access appliance would allow for more features but it looks the feels the same The iPad vSphere app is also very limited so I decided to drop the 10 for this knowing full well for some of the more advanced feartures I would have to pay 0 99 cents for Overall a great tool I do which it seperated out clusters since I have a Desktop and Server VMware setup and remembering which ESX boxes are for which is kinda tough The reason for the four stars in the console add on I bought it and I have tried to use it but there is no documentation that I could find so I feel a little jipped but the other features are way more useful to give it any less If you are looking for something to manage your vmware environment this is the app for you Manage from the golf course Finally A Great Tool for A VMWare Administrator ShaggySS
This was able to connect to my vcenter over VPN show my all my hosts and VMs I have 1100 VMs so it took a minute to populate It also supports searching for VMs by partial name which was important to me It can also list VMs on a given host Once a VM is selected it can be powered on off or snapshotted non running snapshot only You can also revert to or delete snapshots The only reason I m not giving 5 stars is that when I tried to open the console of a VM it prompted me for a 5 in app purchase in order to use that feature excellent akabdog
Can t connect to my ESXi server What a waste of money Doesn t work stumpz
With this App I have control of my vcenter on the go viewing the performance of my esx and virtual servers and allowing to me to execute vmotion remotely The only two things that need to be improved is the console feature and the visual aspect of he app as well as the App icon Very Hepful Tool josemartinezb
Works great with the exception of remote console in app 5 dollar purchase I cannot find proper documentation to get this working Works Great danlnyc
Nice interface and decent functionality BEWARE vMotion VM console screenshot only costs an additional 0 99 EACH making this app really cost around 12 I would say that had these been included or clearly disclosed prior to purchase then the hefty price tag of 10 would have been more worth it to me Would be great to have a full VM console or RDP option not just a screenshot Otherwise nice work Nice but beware of in app purchases needed VM-MattB
We have tested a number of apps on the iPhone to allow remote restarts and monitoring of our vCenter and so far this is the best app on the iPhone I highly recommend this for vCenter 4 admins Best VMWare Control App for the iPhone jjschwarz
Really helpful in managing my company s vCenter installation Could use some more features but it s a really GREAT start Now I can use my phone to restart that pesky VM without having to reach for my laptop I always hated to have to access my Windows server from my Mac to get to use vCenter which runs on Windows only Keep up the good work Search in version 1 1 makes it easier to find VMs by name or by IP nice Exactly what I ve been waiting for Aifonu'
How come nobody thought about this until now You don t need any server any additional installation just your iPhone and your vCenter and you re in bussiness The GUI can use some work but as a 1 0 version I give it five stars direct connection amoma2
I use everyday to monitor my environment It is liberating not to have to do this from a PC anymore Fix the host reboot command Add more details to task list and events Add storage vmotion Thanks Great app
You cant beat this application you can connect to your esx esxi or virtual center Obviously you dont need to be running a virtual center server just deploy an Esxi server and connect directly through ip This is cool Be careful if u have kids in the house and they use your iPod or iPhone Vmware perfection

Great app for controlling esxi from your phone Best of all it does not require a subscription like similar apps Wonderful app
