Not only is this app NOT intuitive theres not even any indication if your clip is being saved to your camera roll Dont bother with this one use 8mm iSupr 8 D E L E T E D     Bad no HORRIBLE

This app gives you a high degree of control over your final product It effectively emulates color grain aspect ratio and artifacts The best feature is the frame rate speeds Top notch                 Convincing and Detailed

Great stuff Excellent emulation Rendering takes a bit long but worth the wait One small bummer the icon is hideous A minor gripe but Id like a prettier icon              Really Like It

I film regular Super 8 film and this looks just like it This app is wonderful and excellent and does what it is said to do Give it a chance and experiment with it dont just point and shoot look into regular filming and youll get the trick to use this app to make it look just like the old Kodak super 8                 Perfect

In 2012 this app really really had problems Developing took forever and crashing was constant After months and months of no updates I gave up on it and deleted it It was an abandoned app pretty much Today I see a new icon and an update of sept 2013 I try it out and developing is crazy fast Crashing Forget about it It hasnt crashed                 The king of 8mm apps is back

This is a pretty cool app for video lovers as myself Will recommend                 Cool

Love this app tho wish there was a 5 or so version that offered more film looks Its a tad slow developing and printing once you shoot but looks pretty good Hope they add 169 mode at some point Lots of fun and gives a nostalgic look to footage Well worth price of admission tho Ill stick to color grading elsewhere              ISupr8 like my old Super 8 camera

Its an ok app but to get all the looks its 13 None of these apps are worth 13        Its ok

Ive been using the app since yesterday It took a while to figure it out but I have and its pretty simple Ive since made a few old timely shots and am having a blast Its really awesome The only glitch Ive run into so far is that it doesnt seem to save my presets Other than that just take the time to learn it people And yes its a big app because the effects are kind of intense                 Not difficult if you take the time to learn it

Ive been using this app for years now and Ive made some really cool family videos with it Ive even imported DSLR footage into my iPad just to add the 8mm filters from the iSupr8 app The inapp purchases are well worth the 1 price tag per film stock                 Beautiful app

I have a 5s with up to date IOS Please fix     Just Crashes Out

I would love to say I love this app but I dont I cant rate it because it crashes when it goes to print my film Other than here there is no where to contact the developers for a fix Could be a cute app if it gets fixed        Meh

I love this app the customizability the super 8mm film look and the apps overall aesthetics Developing the film could be a bit faster but that may just be my iPod with limited memory left I cant wait to film in the woods with it                 As the Doctor would say FANTASTIC

All that is missing is the purr of the projector when you play the movie Crashes occasionally when developing but will successfully develop on second attempt              Effective

The app really is amazing on the whole The ability to purchase different film stocks is an awesome and somewhat addictive feature Most of them are really gorgeous I have used this app to generate some pretty stellar video art However radical chrome their so called art house experimental stock is really a pathetic excuse for anything with the word art in it First of all the stock looks nothing like the preview which suggests some kind of chemical wash treatment Instead it processes your film with notsosubliminal images of a few random silhouetted designs including the iSuper8 logo Yes I paid a dollar for an art house stock that does nothing but brand my beautiful video with your fing logo You have got to be kidding me Fix this and you will get 4 stars This kind of thing doesnt fly     I love this app but

This app reminds me of the good old days when I paid 4 for film 379 to develop it And it ran for less than 4 minutes Ok they werent that good This program has the feel of 8mm without the frustrations Camera opensfilm is ruined projector blows a bulb VERY IMPRESSIVE                 Brings back memories

Love this app but after the update today Sept 17 2013 I am unable to buy the Born to Explore filter Every time I tap to purchase the app crashes I am on an iPad 3 Thank you              Gr8

Works great on iPhone 6 always thought the color and quality of the film was worth having such a huge file The other super 8 apps just dont have what Im looking for this one does Just wish they would bring back the worn reg case By the way I didnt loose my previous purchases                 Great App

i thought this is so much better than other apps but its scandal really so dummy effects     its not good enough

Well I love the app buuuut I updated it and lost all the filmstocks I had paid for Either give me what I paid for or refund my money Its theft plain and simple     Lost filmstocks

It takes forever to develop a few seconds of footage then the result is like the same thing but with a simple color filter over it and a bunch fake looking film linesartifacts that do not go away even when the effect is at its minimal setting The 8mm app is way better However some filmstocks are OK but do not take the footage from within the app instead take it with fhe regular iPhone camera then import that into the program later to develop for interesting effects        Looks Fake

I really liked this app till I had to delete every thing and once I redownloaded this app and tried to restore my purchases it says my password is incorrect and Ive changed it multiple times trying to fix the problem     Fix restoring purchases

I paid for what I thought would provide 1080p that option isnt available I addition Ive had to process footage multiple times in order to view and then I dumped Meaning I have to process the footage all over again I appreciate the tutorial at the beginning which seemed simple but wheres the footage I followed the direction and all see are a lot of items instill need ton purchase with my footage no where to be found 8mm Vintage Camera is so much easier no fancy graphics just straight forward icon     Disappointing

I love this app The official Super 8 movie app is cute And Ive used 8mm for a long time and really enjoyed it but none of the other apps have the depth of controls that iSupr8 has Ive shot many projects with actual Super 8 cameras and this app gives the closest feel to actually shooting on film Well done devs The only thing missing is the projector sound and frame jump Thanks for making a great app for super 8 lovers                 The best super 8 app

Cool idea the interface is semiintuitive the looks of the effects are pretty rad its pretty nice how much control you have in configuring each look before you apply it and great that you can save those configurations as presets but No full 1080 export option kind of ruins it Capping your export res at less than the capability of your hardware effectively renders this app a toy when it could easily be a powerful creative tool I would willingly pay for every film stock offered in this app gladly even if they offered a bulk buy discount package but I cant justify a dime towards anything I know wont produce material that will mix with the rest of the footage I shoot with my phone or iPad I might even import stuff shot on my 7d or any other camera I had on hand to play with it if I could pop it back out full res I understand the potential argument that its supposed to be 8mm and therefore a lower res but I strongly disagree thats what the graininess sliders are for I give this 3 stars for design control and stellar effects Id give it 5 stars if I could export 1080           Almost Awesome

Just in working with it a bit I find that though it says you can select the settings audio burns and the like I always reverts back to the default Please fix           Cool but has problems

Love the app Can be a bit slow sometimes but I dont mind it I usually end up editing between my Mac and iPhone cant do it all and add music through isupr8 Still love it              Sweet filters

One of the few video apps that I havent removed from my iPad or iPhone Yes a few issues I too cannot name my presets And I did have a crash issue but it seems to be over              Nice clean
