I m limited to using small 5 by 1 5 inch asset tags with a small qr code This app won t scan the small codes on iPhone 7 plus but will scan them with iPad Air Unfortunately can t put an iPad in my pocket Will scan other larger bar codes with iPhone but not small qr codes which I have confirmed to be valid and working with another scanner Disappointed that I can t use this with the required sized asset tag I have to use would be nice if developers could add more support for iPhone 7 plus and small qr codes small codes DO scan on iPad             Promising but won t scan small qr codes potential big customer

I want to update the version to export my data But it shows an error message I ve sent emails requesting help and support and nobode reply them     It doesn t have support Kaboomidea

The app works well Except for the import functionality I m an electrical contractor and we have a spreadsheet of over 70 pages of small parts I ve tried everything Even went on YouTube and watch the video from the FAQ didn t matter Had to get my two sons to input all the data manually Couldn t even use the Dropbox import Import just doesn t work I m still entering data If you have a solution please help me             Data import impossible ESUCORP

This app shows promise but needs a more detailed description Our company bought the year subscription with the hope that it could help us manage our supply stock but later found out that the full version only supports three devices at once hardly enough for our ten employees Again the app works fine besides a learning curve on transmitting data it s just a hassle to find out that it cannot meet your needs AFTER you have already paid         Needs better description Ninjaguy774

I am starting a business and needed a stockroom tool to track and count my equipment This app works perfectly It allowed me create SKU s take pictures and add locations as equipment moves from place to place It even has an export feature so I can create an active spreadsheet and make barcode labels 15 year is worth it and cheaper than all the 300 options out on the web Updated as I open my business I find the spreadsheet feature adequate but it would be nice if the program would form the data into a book binder so that it could be shared with others             Functional Versatile and Accurate B Hoven

I already paid for the other inventory scanner which apparently will no longer be supported as of June 30 2015 or some noise like that I was told to download this new app Great I love new and improved things I download it and have to pay fees just to import my data from the previous app This app probably doesn t deserve one star as the first one of its kind was awesome but the fact that the developer quits updating one app and tells people that already paid that it won t be supported anymore so they should go pay for the new one is stupid You lost me as a customer I would never pay again as who knows how long the developer will hang out on this project until they do the same thing again Inconsistency and obviously doesn t care about a customer base or following     How frustrating MichaelMeta
