The Intuit Field Service Management Mobile is now available as a free download on Apple Store for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 4.4 MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. We ve used Corrigo s Field Service Software for over 5 years It does a good job but they ve failed to make any updates Most recently in the past few months our technicians experience a lot of frustration because the app constantly kicks them out when entering work descriptions adding photos or text notes All of their work gets lost and they usually end up having to call in their work orders for completion We have 6 field users and 5 desktop users We ve made many suggestions when speaking to the Corrigo Tech Support and get a lot of finger pointing between Corrigo and Intuit Neither of whom take responsibility for the issues we continually experience             Why no updates Extremely Frustrated Customer HBKIS
Can t even get on the iPhone app anymore without it crashing I do not recommend this at all     STAY AWAY Kxcody

The app keeps crashing on my iPhone 6s Plus running iOS 10 2 Even if it didn t crash all the time the layout is a bit confusing and too many areas to remember where to put notes completions or flags etc Everything should be put in one drop screen so it s easier to find and fill out the desired document You should also save a step by filling out notes for completed jobs in the same page although you can write notes you can t use the return button to start a new line It s just stuff like that that makes me say Meh         Meh Willcorg

Looks like they re taking baby steps Below are the issues they ve had for years The new version has the ability for Active GPS tracking which would be a welcomed feature if it worked correctly When you turn off tracking in the Settings app it keeps GPS on anyway with a polling rate that must be off the charts as I ve never seen my battery drain so fast compared to any other GPS tracking app not to great when your phone dies in the field You also STILL can t access attachments the dispatcher has attached to work orders Still no integration with your iOS calendar so the dispatcher has to email a separate calendar invitation You can t work on multiple equipment units on one work order which is strange considering the dispatcher does have the ability to setup multiple equipment units on creation When the tech is entering Work Done and selecting equipment he she worked on you can only pick one We need to be able to select multiple equipment units in Work Done on one work order Overall for QuickBooks users it gets the job done but your going to have to figure out your own work arounds The inconsistencies in the app and service are apparent everywhere Look at the App Store icon a nice refreshing graphic that you won t ever see because they forgot to use it in the last app package that update was months ago Does anyone say Oops Nope Do you know why The company has no heart and no love for their own brand There s no connection to their client base whatsoever as they no longer seem to be returning emails They also wasted much needed resources on their Crew app An app designed to connect you to your service clients and I suppose request service calls Of course this app had no connection to your FSM service so you would ve at best called it a messaging client That is if it worked The Crew app failed as it Fanfare never worked Literally users could not create accounts the app bombed Their very own employees have reviewed the company summing it up beautifully Corrio has a great product and zero management no training to employees and a lot of employee churning At this point the only thing keeping me is the invoice synchronizing with QuickBooks I m currently looking into other solutions like Blue Folder which like a few others have realized the SaaS potential in construction and contacting and have kept their products on the bleeding edge of technology Of course they do come at a slightly higher premium But if I cancel my QB Enterprise subscription which I only keep for FSM and cloud backup that ll offset the cost and then some My point is that Corrigo is in my case at least directly effecting Intuit sales Shame on you Corrigo         App Appears to Have Been Abandoned TrueLuck3

Running 9 2 1 on iPhone 6s If app is closed for a while it freezes when you open it I have to close out the app by double taping the home button then re launch the app and that usually works Please fix issues for 5 stars         IOS issues SunTamer
We are a business with 10 trucks in the field We have paid to customize this program to our needs I ve spent years looking for a program that could accommodate our needs and this one has provided what we need for over 2 years The ratings here don t seem to do justice to the potential of this program and the affordability of it compared to others that can t compete Take a second look and evaluate carefully This is a great program                     Overall a game changer ClearR

I had researched this type of software for some time before buying into it Now I wish I would have listened to all the other negative reviews before getting this one The user interface is poor and makes the program very difficult to set up There s no information explaining the terminology they use They were supposed to give me a follow up call to make sure everything is OK that I never received They follow suit with their Quickbooks parents in the fact that every little thing costs another additional monthly fee Nickeling and diming you out of any profits you might get Every single technician weather they have a log in or not will cost an additional license fee per month Completely opposite of what the sales guy told me Oh and the administrator can t also be set up as a tech so if you are the admin and want to enter work orders from the field it s going to cost you two license fees per month Did I mention I wasn t impressed     Not Impressed Spotter Rotter

This app works decent I can t find a way to approve invoices in field so you have to approve on web browser then approve again in QB This app has helped me in the field tremendously though I will continue to use it until there is a better app Note the app was written for all devices for uniform appearance blackberry etc so do not expect colorful UI It is basic and has a few dead end menu links But once you get used to it it does have some cool features and can even email a work order or invoice from the field I recommend this app if you use the customer jobs feature in QB This is one of the few apps that can handle that format with few glitches DEV TEAM please please please add a google calendar sync Or to outlook where I can sync to google calendar Please don t try to reinvent the wheel Other companies have perfected calendars and the code is readily available to push to these calendars All my techs use google calendar and it even tells them when they need to head to the next job based on current traffic conditions             Works better than most N|€k

My dispatcher in the office uses field service management to send work orders to me In the field I use this app to keep the office updated on work order status access service and equipment history to create invoices capture signatures take payment Links to driving directions                 Easy helps me in the field and back in the office
