They are all about making the customer happy which I love And many other start ups ignore this although this is a service based one and that should be a given it isnt always and I love it I also really like when they offer promotional free deliveries if you buy some dollar amount of a certain brand as usually the brands are big names and are things that I would buy anyways Great App Great Quick Customer Service
I started using instacart because I live in the city and got rid of my car I tried using Amazon fresh but most of their items are not organic So I am sticking with instacart as there are many choices in terms of the grocery stores as well organic items I can even shop at Costco Simple easy elegant app

The service itself is terrible overcharged missing items being charged randomly I would usually over look this but today was the last straw Order at 650 was told I would get it at 730 get a notification at 710 saying my order has been delivered not possible no way of getting into my building Ive emailed them and have not getting a response besides an automated one Please take care if you use them Terrible
In New York you might as well just go to the grocery store because you will never get a deliver time same day Can never actually get same day delivery times

I placed my order at 504pm I was expecting it by 604 as promised for one hour delivery I received it at 624 everything was perfect still cold even I now have breakfast for my girlfriend in Chicago She has no idea I didnt run around town to do it Dont tell her If you know anything about the Chicago Loop you know there are no grocery stores and its 10 blocks to the nearest one This service is out of this world amazing The young lady that delivered my groceries was personal and prompt Better late than never

So the first time I ordered from this app they gave me expired food and the fruits and vegetables had gone bad like how badly can you mess up to get expired food do you hire such incompetent people that they cant tell wether or not the foods expired Also my total came up to 94 but no on my cc statement I can see that instacart charged me 100 This happened the second time I ordered too my total would have been like 16 but on my statement it shows 20 I believe that was the last time I used your app If you like getting ripped off and spoiled food then this is your app Worst service ever
